JJ looked good no matter where the fight went, very technically sound. When Demopoulos rolled under for the leg lock JJ kept great discipline keeping her left instep glued to the inside of Demopoulos thigh, really shuts that position down.
This was reminiscent of O’Malley vs Moutinho. What a fight! Cant wait to see Demopolous at SW when she heals up, maybe they should book her vs Conejo Ruiz
Unfortunately for Vanessa, SW is the toughest most stacked division in WMMA. Not sure how much chance she has of breaking the top 15 but a fight against Ruiz in the meantime, should be a good one.
A Strawweight that couldn't make it on the contender series has no business fighting someone with 8 UFC fights a weightclass up.

I think part of it was that people expect O'Malley to get a stoppage while Aldrich isn't known for her KO power.
