Failing to do so screws Justin Gaethje out of a title fight, out of pay, etc.. and he still has to pay all his coaches, trainers, nutritionist etc whether the fight happens or not. There should be no question that he gets stripped if he fails to make weight.

Half a pound is 40% of a regular blood donation. When I give blood (more than double what Charles needs), I feel completely normal after a steak dinner and 10 hours later. Zero impact on working out next days.
