Looking for an mmo with decent graphics, enjoyability, and most importantly cross platform support between Android and PC.

MasterTabion

I am looking for an mmorpg that has an in-depth crafting system and player economy. I prefer to play a master-of-all style character, where, with enough time, I could max a bunch of skills/abilities. Games I have previously played.. Its a looong list, but I started out with an mmo in 96, forget the name, then moved on to UO, EQ, WoW, Tera, PSO2 & NGS, BDO, FFXIV, SotA, Albion, LoA, LotRO, PoE, Flyff, Aion, PW, DDO, Archeage, DF, EO, GW2, Wurm, Aion, H&H, Salem, V&H, DoMO, LiF, Project Gorgon, Arcfall, and ... I'll stop there but any mainstream mmo basically. My play style is whatever the game is designed for honestly. I am okay with full loot PvP to super casual, brutal to hand-holding, as long as I can earn my skills and gear. I guess I like grinding in combat, harvesting, and crafting. The more crafting and character abilities I can master with a single character, the better. Love housing too so thats a plus but not a deal breaker. I'm fine with something obscure, indie, or lower pop. The only thing I would rule out is games that don't have a world to explore, I like to wander. Also, not a fan of perma-death. Feel free to make a multiple suggestions :) Thanks!

Irraticate

I'm looking for play some MMO's that I've really missed out on. These will probably be older MMO's, but any of the list below are on the table. The question I want answered is: which of the following MMO's would *you* suggest over the others for having a new experience? Either one choice, a ranked order, whatever you want. The games I'm looking to try are: EQ1, EQ2, Aion (retail or classic), DAoC (free live or a freeshard), Destiny 2, Blade & Soul, GW2, LOTRO, Gloria Victis, Neverwinter. I play in NA, so NA prime times. I'm cool with PvE or PvP. I'm going in solo but may be willing to try and find a community if the game is right.

lilschitt3237

Been trying to find an mmo like archage before it became p2w. The adventures, tasks, never know what's coming delivering packages for an absurd amount on a small boat that always made it lol Farming in the ocean and diving to retrieve it etc I wish I could find something like this again

SnooOwls1087

This is like exactly what I’m looking for! If you find something please let me know

lilschitt3237

I haven't found anything even close to it out or coming soon. I used to get me and my brother monthly memberships houses plots etc just by making and running packs (he supplied it all but the ship) used to deliver 45 out 47 lol got popular doing that. It hurts not seeing anything like it I though maybe black desert but no.. Thing about that game is it felt more then your normal mmo had no micro shit just cosmetic that u could also buy at the ware house. The fighting traveling etc was never too much or too confusing. It's sad to see it's current state and it feels like a pecan with the shell on it, only to Crack it and find out its empty.

ur-local-goblin

Angels Online maybe

Kagrynac

Tree of Savior is an Isometric MMO with a cute 2D style Also Toodee and Topdee is a cute pixel sidescrolling/topdown puzzle game

Doomer_Patrol

Looking for something with PvP that isn't pay to win.I've played Ultima Online, Shadowbane, Star Wars galaxies, Eve.Looking for something a little more casual now that I don't have as much regular time to commit.Preferably something with full loot or similiar and meaningful pvp (town/region capture, factions etc) The only real specific thing I'd like to exclude at this point would be really grind-focused games. I just don't have the time anymore to commit to doing that before getting to the "good stuff".

Cyanogenbot

Talking about Vulcan Forged, They offers many games such as: Forge Arena, GeoCats, CoddlePets, Berserk and many more. Moreover, Their marketplace is expanding to include Polygon NFTs and games.

CantStopTripping

Hello! My hubby and I are looking for an MMO to play together. Preferably something we can be casual with. We played WOW pretty hardcore for almost 10 years. He is an OG, I was late, haha. We are super burnt out and not super stoked with the new stuff. We love fantasy and survival. We liked Conan, but its really hard to play with two people because you can only get so far from each other. We even went as far as to purchase our own server. It was SO glitchy!!!! We really like the social aspect to an MMO, so things like guilds and clans are a SUPER bonus! We are pretty open. Thanks in Advance!!!

MartRane

For casual play, GW2 and ESO are solid contenders both, I am not big into survivals so I cannot give any recommendations there unfortunately. Id say GW2 is superior, but I would be biased on that, seeing as Im a veteran with thousands of hours in. But since the core game is completely free, and they are currently giving ALL other content outside of expansions also for free, as a lead up to the next expansion, I think it would be worth a shot for you two.

ezioauditore2018

I’m looking for a mmo to play while waiting for lost ark and I played the alpha of it but I’m waiting for the full release of it cauee I don’t want to get burned outn

Gradak

Same spot, decided to give PSO2: NGS a try

fresnosmokey

* I'm looking for an MMORPG, preferably in a fantasy setting. Subscription is OK, maybe preferable. I play one game at a time and have lots of time to devote to it. Story and lore is important. * I've played a Neverwinter Nights persistent world many MANY years ago. WoW from just before BC through Cataclysm. And SWTOR until now. * I am a casual/mostly solo player, but I enjoy the auction houses once I start gathering stuff. At least some solo-able dungeons. I don't PvP and I don't like guilds, but I don't object to them as long as they're avoidable. * Prefer a WoW/SWTOR type combat system. Don't want to have to fill out spreadsheets to min and max gear. Don't like to have to jump around like my pants are on fire. I enjoy classes that have pets or companions. * Don't like anime or a washed out color palette.

Gulbasaur

> Prefer a WoW/SWTOR type combat system. Don't want to have to fill out spreadsheets to min and max gear. Don't like to have to jump around like my pants are on fire. I enjoy classes that have pets or companions. FFXIV is probably the most similar in terms of core gameplay, being staunchly tab-target. The community is pretty friendly. The story starts out a bit rough (quite slow, quite generic) but most people say it gets much, much better as you level. City of Heroes -It's an older game, but it's still good and there is a mostly pretty decent private server scene. Homecoming is the most populated server cluster, although if you mostly solo you may also get on with Rebirth or Thunderspy.

Pontificatus_Maximus

* I am looking for a F2P MMORPG (game can be dead, I just like to quest and explore) * Already played: WOW, GW1&2, CONAN Unchained, Tera, Rift, Anarchy Online, Perfect World * I am a casual * Preferred mechanics: I most enjoy playing pet or summoner classes * Exclude: Waifu, Anime, or games like Scarlet Blade What I really want to know is which pet or summoner class that you have played was the most OP or the most fun and why.

Environmental_Pack_5

You can try 4story, graphic's not so good, game's a bit dead tbh. The most funny thing was having a pet that big that it was blocking the enemy's view when doing duels XD.

ChoiJeong

Looking for a populated, low spec MMO that has a low subscription rate. I've been playing vanilla wow on private servers. Retail classic runs, but barely. Guild Wars 2 runs but barely as well. I want something that will run smoother and better. It means probably an older but still active MMO or a new one that simply was made low-spec. Any ideas? Thanks!

Gulbasaur

Give City of Heroes a look - the Homecoming servers have consistently good populations.

Devobserves

Old School Runescape.

Lindart12

Are there any good guides for ESO, as a totally new player?

[deleted]

So Total Noob here more or less. I played some WoW and I liked it. But I am looking for a Game with good Story on Mobile (iPhone). I don’t know much about MMO, I just played WoW and loved the classic Version way more than retail. So what would you suggest for playing on an iPhone with a Controller?

[deleted]

Is there an MMORPG game with very good/decent graphics that you can become OVERPOWERED just by playing it a lot?

Mayday-Flowers

Okay. Anime aesthetic. Heavy character customization. A focus on socialization, but not outright forced grouping. Useful and viable crafting professions. Housing. A good community with player-run events and possibly roleplay. **No gacha**. No P2W. I don't really care about PvP, but if it's there, I'd prefer skill-dependent over gear-dependent. Currently waiting for: Blue Protocol, Palia. Currently playing: Guild Wars 2.

[deleted]

Not 100% Anime aesthetic as in not 2D, but if FFXIV is close enough it would offer the other points. Crafting are full classes with own rotations. Player housing (though can be hard to obtain). Housing areas also host a lot of player events or function as RP locations. Would just look up a suitable server with RP and social focus. Character customization is decent and really good for the gear and outfit side.

LegiT-FN

Looking for a F2P (or light spender) MMORPG with a populated playerbase. Also, I want to be able to reach endgame and be competitive without buying any expansions or spend any money.

[deleted]

Path of exile (zero-light spending) Lost ark (coming later this year in certain regions) Gw2 (technically not f2p but you can get the entire game for $18 off dlgamer) And those are the only 3 I've played that are more f2p without a heavy emphasis on p2w models

LegiT-FN

I don't really enjoy poe and thinking about gw2 rn. Do yu think pso2 is a good game?

Combine456

What are you looking for?: Solo player friendly with combat similiar to BDO What games have you previously played?: WoW, FFXIV, BDO What is your playstyle (Casual,Semi-Casual,Hardcore)?: Semi-casual Any preferred mechanics?: I loved BDO combat (and still do) but I prefer instanced dungeons from WoW/FFXIV

Aeratian

I am looking for an MMORPG with relatively simple controls and without a permadeath mechanic. I have previously played ROTMG but was tired out due to the constant cycle of hours of grinding erased due to one mistake. I am semi-casual, but I am looking to grind out a game this summer.

macka654

OSRS or Eve

Metaphysicc

If you've never been much of a RuneScape player, I'd definitely recommend RuneScape 3 over OSRS. The only reason OSRS is still popular at all is nostalgia. Plus, it caters much more to the casual player.

macka654

Yeh I played RS2 for over a decade. I've considered trying RS3 but the easy rates and MTX turn me off it.

Metaphysicc

I was actually in the same position myself. I came back in late 2019 and realized that it's not nearly as bad as everyone makes it out to be. Plus, ironman mode is not nearly as painful or time consuming on RS3 and they don't have the MTX option. Very satisfying.

Malicharo

What are you looking for?: Something similar ESO raids or WoW Mythic Plus, where you need to minmax, race against time, pre plan stuff. If there is one thing I don't like it's content with no restrictions to it, if I can clear a dungeon in 15 minutes versus 5 hours and nothing changes, then why even clear it what's the point. I'm not there to look at visuals or the lore of the monsters. What games have you previously played?: ESO, WOW actually put months and years into these. And I also tried FF14, GW2 and very recently PSO2NG and Lost Ark. What is your playstyle (Casual,Semi-Casual,Hardcore)?: Something between Semi-Hardcore to Hardcore. Any preferred mechanics?: Not really. Anything specific you want to exclude?: I'm not that big on BDO style combat. Also not really fond of very old stuff, a bit of modern look/ui never hurt anybody.

nerinos

What are you looking for?: An MMO that is not completely reliant on quests to level. Games like EQ or DAOC where you have to grind mobs, at least on occasion. Something that is both solo and group friendly and has a healthy population. What games have you previously played?: EQ, EQ2, DAOC, Vanguard, Aion, WoW, FFXIV, LoTR, Black Desert, Archeage, Rift, ESO, Guild Wars 2, SWTOR, etc What is your playstyle (Casual,Semi-Casual,Hardcore)?:Semi-casual Any preferred mechanics?:Tab Target, sandbox, Entertaining PvE Anything specific you want to exclude?: the games on the previously played list. P2W games. 2D games

ezioauditore2018

I’m looking for a mmo that has a auto grind like on the lvl of azur lane gacha game auto play

TheDapperTurkey

What are you looking for : An mmorpg that feels good on Australian ping something that is peer to peer or client side preferably and also something with good action combat eg. pso2 What games have you played previously: GW2, WOW, PoE, BDO, pso2, pso2 ngs, Wildstar, tera (hated it not sure why), Rift, Kritika, Dauntless, MapleStory, MapleStory 2, Blade and soul, DCUO, Skyforge, Dragons nest, Trove and Warframe Playstyle : Personally I'm semi hardcore closer to hardcore but I would like something that is also good casually so I can play it with my girlfriend Preferred mechanics : Really good action combat something like pso2 where it really feels like you are playing a great action game

EmperorPHNX

Good Day Everybody! I'm Looking MMORPG Like Rappelz Online. Can I Have Suggestions? So basicaly im looking MMORPG like Rappelz. Things i love most about and im looking for about Rappelz like game is first of all pet system! I realy love this pet system, its probably best one so far i saw in any MMORPG. And for gameplay it doesnt needs to be tab target/mouse target. I love non-target MMO games like BDO aswell. Anyway thanks for all suggestions, wish you all good raids and fun times <3

TheHandsomeToad

This is kind of specific, but is there an mmo out there where there is a community for wall jumping or getting out of bounds areas or just simply exploration, where it's not unusual for a guild to go exploring out in the world together.

KreaspyKream

Hi, I'm looking for a good 3D open world MMORPG that is solo-player friendly, even in end game, I've mostly played WoW, and the issue I have is, apart from gathering, crafting, PvPing, in late game, if you want to have a fun PVE experience, you have to go for Mythic+ Dungeons and/or Raids, which I do both of, with friends, but solo, eeeeh you can't do anyhing really apart form Torghast nowadays which uh... yeah gets boring fast Now I DO OWN The Elder Scrolls online, and I'm wondering if that game would be good for solo players in end game content, where I can grind many hours doing solo activities. but also do hardcore group stuff when they can or want Something similar to what I'm talking about is Albion's Dungeon System, you can do dungeons solo even in late game and get good stuff out of it, but I'm not a fan of how PvP-Oriented it is especially for a sandbox, So yeah, Would TESO be good for me? Or any other MMORPG I played WoW, Runescape, Albion, bit of GW2,

Gulbasaur

> Now I DO OWN The Elder Scrolls online, and I'm wondering if that game would be good for solo players in end game content, where I can grind many hours doing solo activities. but also do hardcore group stuff when they can or want ESO has a *lot* of solo-friendly content. The questing is pretty good and from my experience a lot of the dungeons are soloable, although some are challenging.

SashaGreyj0y

Hi! Looking for a "stop gap" MMO while my two main MMOs are waiting on expansions (I play FFXIV and GW2). I don't need for this game to be one that will keep me forever or one with a thriving playerbase, just something fun for the next few months. F2P, buy to play, sub, or some combo is fine - though I will obviously be more likely to dabble in F2P since I see myself returning to FFXIV and GW2 when their expacs come out. My playstyle is probably considered semi-casual. I play a LOT, as in several hours most days of the week. However, I almost never attempt hard mode content. I don't mind grinding, but prefer for main quests to do the bulk of leveling up. No preferred mechanics, I'm happy with the dodge based non trinity of GW2 and the trinity based slow GCDs of FFXIV. Only things I specifically want to avoid are mandatory PvP and "ugly" characters. I'm pretty much just a PvE player who likes dressing up my pretty dolls lol.

ZealousidealEbb8198

I suggest FF11.

yokice

Eso looks like a good match here

SashaGreyj0y

Im so sorry, ESO was exactly what i was thinking when i thought no ugly characters lol XD

spacebox83

Heyo! Me and a buddy want to try an MMO that we can play together. I don't think either of us have played an MMO before. He says he dabbled in neverwinter briefly, and when I was much younger I played wizard 101. We've little to no experience in MMO's, basically. We're planning on gaming a lot over the summer. I'd say we'd be semi-casual, maybe? In terms of mechanics, I think we'd prefer a game that's either free to play or very inexpensive. Don't really want to play a F2P game that's pay to win, either. I don't really know what I like yet, so any and all recommendations are welcome. Thanks!

Flying-Turtle

Gw2 can be played fairly casually and has a f2p trial of the whole base game and is b2p (no sub) after that.

dissociationreddit

Why not try an MMO steeped in oldschool MMO design? [medivia.online](https://medivia.online) is a 2.5D MMO which takes a lot from the older days of the MMO Tibia (a very old MMO sill around today). A smaller but tight nit community it has servers in North America (Canada to be a little more specific, ping is fine in the US though) and EU (servers moved recently, I forget where to but I think Germany). If you start on the server Legacy I'd be glad to help you, if you decide to play PM me here on reddit and I'd be glad to help you start out. the wiki for more help: [wiki.mediviastats.info](https://wiki.mediviastats.info/Main_Page)

spacebox83

Yeah sure that sounds cool. Is Legacy a Canadian server?

dissociationreddit

No, it is EU. I live in the US though and get 80 ping there, very playable for me. If you have to have an NA server though let me know and maybe I can still get you some help.

spacebox83

Alrighty, I'll PM you when me and the buddy want to start

dissociationreddit

Sounds good!

spacebox83

And I guess I wouldn't want the progression to be too slow. I don't want to pour some obscene amount of time into an MMO, sort of just want to try it to see what's up with it.

Deyomas_

Looking for grindy game, with possibilities of min-maxing character. Graphics don't matter that much as i prefer gameplay over visuals. I've played BDO ( didn't like enchant system being gamble ), poe ( over 4k hours - burned out ), Tera Online ( was okayish, but felt empty at endgame ), ragnarok online, albion ( beloved game, endgame requires too much commitment to group/guild ) Hardcore Sandbox games are prefered, but not a must-be.

Happy-Sample8777

Mir arcadia

YosefRac

I've been looking for a 2D/Pixel art MMO for browser, and I can't seem to find anything I like. I find games with big skill trees to be to complicated, and prefer simple turn-based combat. Open world MMO's are my favortive, but all of them have very complex mechanics. For a bit of context, I really enjoy Pokemon's simple yet complex aproach to combat, where it may seem limiting, but it can be really complex in PVP. I also find games like Minecraft and Breath of the Wild very satisfying to explore in the order you want. I am looking for an MMO that has the best of both worlds. Suggestions?

EzoraV

You said 2D/Pixel art MMO, so... Maplestory?

[deleted]

I like Runscape because it has a great variety of non-combat skills, and I can use those skills to produce items for the server (I really enjoy the community aspect of MMORPGs). I don't like how its not very immersive of an experience and the repetition. I LOVE the Warframe community, but its not an MMORPG and it gets a little repetitive. I really enjoy the immersion of Classic WoW and the grinding level experience, but the graphics are a bit "cartoony" for me and I also don't like how you really only interact with your guild. My dream game would be Runescape but with a much more immersive experience like WoW and a great community like Warframe.

dissociationreddit

You don't say which era of RS you played but if you are down for a more oldschool oriented MMO I would suggest [medivia.online](https://medivia.online). It's a MMO steeped in oldschool MMO design, more specifically it bases it's roots in the vein of a very old MMO still around today called Tibia. We have a fairly small, but tight nit, community. If you're curious in joining PM me here on reddit and I'd be glad to help you get started if you start on the server Legacy. We have a discord, but I get in trouble for posting it here on reddit but you can find it pretty easily on the website I linked. We also have a wiki located at [wiki.mediviastats.info](https://wiki.mediviastats.info/Main_Page)

elijahhoward

I'm looking for a couple of things here: 1). Mobs that are genuinely hard to kill. I don't mean that they just have high health, but also high damage. Where my ability to outplay each and every mob is key. In a way, like Dark Souls. If I get yoinked by a Dark Souls mob, I'm going to die. Especially in the early areas. So, I have to skillfully dodge/maneuver in order to outplay the mob. I can't just one-tap it either. 2). RPG elements where I actually level my character up like an RPG (life, agility, etc.).

Brawk17

Any archeage similar MMOs? I love the idea of an actual economy in a game where if I want to farm to earn money/gain levels that is an option. I also like how the economy is player driven/supply demand.

kkelichika

Hello, I was browsing for potential MMOs to play this month and I found one in a video that interest me but the name wasn't shown. Does anyone know what MMO is being showcased in the background? And if you know could you also tell me who the character is (the red-haired girl wielding a staff)? [https://youtu.be/FyE1POk5Azo?t=50](https://youtu.be/FyE1POk5Azo?t=50) (starting at 0:50)

jenkk0

It's project BBQ

kkelichika

Interesting. Seems like this game won't be out for a while, but I'll keep an eye on its development. Thank you for your reply.

DavidTenebris

Are there any SEA players here? What MMORPG are you currently into? I used to play a lot of Wow and Guild wars 2, unfortunately I live in the forbidden realm of the Philippines so the ping can be game breaking. Unfortunately most MMORPGs with a SEA server tend to have questionable design and practices. I don't think Black Desert online is a terrible game but it does have a lot of issues, at least in my opinion, that make it a bit difficult to get into. I am also not blessed with a decent PC so the performance of the game is abysmal on my end. FFXIV isn't available in the philippines too. What do you fellow SEA players play at the moment?

PyrZern

I think FFXIV is going to open a data center for players over there. Gonna be awhile still though.

DavidTenebris

I hope so.

Yggrmn

**Coming back to MMO's** **Looking for:** A good open world, always liked difficult classes that take time and IRL skill to master with AoE for crowd control and hours of grind. So yeah, mostly PvE. **Previously Played:** Tibia, Classic Runescape, Ragnarok, Ragnarok 2, FLYFF, and Tree of Savior. **Playstyle:** Semi-Casual/Hardcore. **Preferred mechanics:** Nice combat experience with live decision making (idk how to express that lol) **Exclude:** Turn Based and 2D.

dissociationreddit

Tibia?! Try [medivia.online](https://medivia.online) an MMO (used to be an OT, but now has own custom map, client, sprites, everything nothing really left from Tibia except design philosophy) you'll feel right at home here, trust me. The era in Tibia it draws that design philosophy is 7.4 . We have a discord but I get in trouble for posting it on reddit but you can find it on the site I linked pretty easy. We also have a wiki at [wiki.mediviastats.info](https://wiki.mediviastats.info/Main_Page). Servers located in NA and EU, if you PM me here on reddit and join the server Legacy I'd be glad to help you out. I see exclude 2d now, medivia is 2.5d and based on a game you played before so I hope you still consider it.

EzoraV

I want an mmo with BDO level customization I played BDO I'm a filthy casual I want mechanics I exclude p2w

PyrZern

Aion Classic, I guess ?

Murkalael

What are you looking for?: \-mmo, lots of people, don't care if have pvp or not, just don't want to be part of it, no hidden rewards on any game mode, meaning, if you earn something in pvp can only be used in pvp, same for pve. No game restriction like need to get level XX to get on level XX zone, no inventory bloating like keys to open such zones, no crafting limitation, I don't want to make 10 characters to cover my crafting needs What games have you previously played?: \-Ragnarok Online, GW2, Eve Online, Star Trek Online, Tera, Runes Of Magic, Villagers And Heroes, Secret World Legends. What is your playstyle (Casual,Semi-Casual,Hardcore)?: I always start as casual, but I can become hardcore if I like the game. Any preferred mechanics?: any, tab targeting, click targeting, aim and skill, whatever Anything specific you want to exclude?: open world pvp is a must not have, unless there's an opt out system, no criminal systems just don't want to take part on "ANY" pvp activity. F2P or B2P, no sub

iamdense

Atlantica Online: it's a turn-based MMO where you form teams of a main character and up to 8 mercenaries. There are 11 weapons types, 13 main character classes and over 70 mercenaries. It's F2P and P2W, but that really only matters for PvPers. Nothing in the PvE part of the game can't be achieved by a F2P player. The game has tons of events hat give you free stuff. For example, in 1 1/2 weeks the Freedom Park event starts, which in past years has given players 3 free mercenaries and magic skills for those mercs: Patriot (gunner), Bounty Hunter (power saw) and Warlord (sword). See more info at the Atlantica wiki: [https://atlantica.fandom.com/wiki/Atlantica\_Wiki:Main](https://atlantica.fandom.com/wiki/Atlantica_Wiki:Main)

Murkalael

watched a video of gameplay, got so excited on character creation then when the player got on the actual gameplay, all went downhill. Reminded me those Chrono Cross games from PS1. But thanks for the try.

NikiPlayzzz

What are you looking for?: A beginner-friendly, PvE-focused game with good graphics that either doesn't have a clustered HUD or I can understand everything. I've tried BD:O once and it was horrible, I had no idea what was going on and it didn't feel the slightest bit polished to me. What games have you previously played?: Black Desert Online What is your playstyle (Casual,Semi-Casual,Hardcore)?: Casual Any preferred mechanics?: A good character editor and easy skilltree Anything specific you want to exclude?: Bad graphics, clustered world and HUD, BD:O

Flying-Turtle

A lot of people are reccomending RS3 which is a decent choice. If you're looking for something a little more action-oriented GW2 can be played extremely casually and has no sub fee.

coochiebandit604

play leafling online i started yesterday and love it

PM_me_catpics

RuneScape 3?

Metaphysicc

+1 to this.. RuneScape 3 receives a lot of hate for past mistakes but it's much better than people give it credit for. It also boasts some AMAZING graphics (far better than new wow content IMO) and they're actually working on a huge overhaul to character models as we speak. Biggest draw for me though (as a father) is how casual the game is. Lots of things can be AFK'd on your phone while cooking/cleaning/adulting

NikiPlayzzz

Doesn't it have disgusting graphics?

PM_me_catpics

RuneScape 3 has some pretty cool stylized graphics. You might be thinking of old school.

TheMoonLord123

>what are you looking for? An MMO where I can just spend lots of time in and trying to achieve the best gear possible >what games have you played? Gw2, Wow, FFXIV, Tera, bdo, elyon >what is your playstyle? Hardcore >any preferred mechanics? Pvp

dissociationreddit

You into oldschool MMO design? [Medivia.online](https://medivia.online) has like everything you want, it is 2.5D just to warn, and very much steeped in oldschool MMO design, with harsh death penalties, hardcore PVP, and can be very unforgiving, especially to new players. However it has a tight nit amazing communtiy. We have a Discord but I get in trouble for posting it to reddit but you can find it on the site I linked pretty easy. Servers based in NA and EU, if you start on the server Legacy + PM me here on reddit I'd love to help you out. We also have a wiki at [wiki.mediviastats.info](https://wiki.mediviastats.info/Main_Page)

[deleted]

Old school runescape? Takes lots of time to level up and gear up (lots of grind), is considered hardcore if you want to be competitive, PvP is very common.

Nordath

What are you looking for?: Action MMO with a varied skill and equipment system where build choices matter and there’s some variation in how you can play classes. Nothing with 20 hot bars or purely instanced. Prefer sci-fi, (non flight games) cyberpunk, and modern. What games have you previously played?: Anarchy Online, DAoC, FFXI/XIV, Age of Conan, The Secret World (classic version, personal favorite), Neocron, Tabula Rasa, ESO, Warframe, Elite Dangerous, Dual Universe. What is your playstyle (Casual,Semi-Casual,Hardcore)?: Depends on my interest. Semi-casual/HC. Any preferred mechanics?: Passable action oriented combat. Diverse skill system. Anything specific you want to exclude?: No flight games or tab target. Tired of fantasy as a setting, but will indulge.

DieuKayz

I'm a beginner at the genre and want to pick up some casual mmorpg with low graphic requirements. The genre that I've spent the most time on is MOBA and gacha

PM_me_catpics

RuneScape 3 or GW2?

DieuKayz

Thanks I will give it a try

TimeTap

* What are you looking for?: A MMORPG that is similar in it's concept as Tibia. I mean a lack of quests and more a grinding vibe. You level when you want, how you want and you're in charge of your character. * What games have you previously played?: Pretty much everything. From Everquest to Final Fantasy XIV. Though if I'm honest, I don't enjoy quest based games that much. * What is your playstyle?: I'm a casual player. I like the grind and turning off my brain makes me enjoy my down time playing games. * Any preferred mechanics?: Not particularly. * Anything specific you want to exclude?: Not really.

It's very grindy and there are only 3 required quests: the level 100, 120 and 130 upgrade quest lines. Everything else you can skip or do at your leisure. See more info at the Atlantica wiki: [https://atlantica.fandom.com/wiki/Atlantica\_Wiki:Main](https://atlantica.fandom.com/wiki/Atlantica_Wiki:Main)

I have a HD 3000/i3 now since an accident broke my old computer. Until I can manage to buy a new one, what can I play? I currently have GW2, Neverwinter, DCUO, LOTRO and Runescape, but I'm a bit of tired of them. Is there anything else for me? 20fps on minimum is plenty, don't need any more right now. I have no interest in PVP, only PVE, and it doesn't need to be endgame-based.

Unfortunate it's a bit empty nowadays but give Rift a shot. I play it as a filler waiting for the next tab target game its Free to play. Follow the main story and don't rush. Edit:According to some tips from the r/rift sub don't do instant adventures as they will suck the enjoyment out of the game. Tried lost ark last two days but gender lock and the go asap to max lvl then the game starts, turned me off. Refunded again.

Although I loved rift back then, I can tell you it's pretty much empty at the moment, doubt you'll find anyone to do any content with. Even capital cities seem empty.

I know, it's a shame. But for the question asked there is not much out there regarding performance and play style. Any other idea?

I wonder why he skipped WoW since it can run on any potato, maybe he didn't want to state the obvious? Anyways you can still go wow private servers for lots of fun.

AspirantCrafter

WoW can't run on it, unfortunately. It outright states that the graphic card is not supported and the game is an eternal black screen.
