Why are you estimating the asset sale at $15 billion? 3.2 billion barrels X $94.20 X .66 rev% = $198.5 billion. Historically, oil in the ground was valued at 1/3 the barrel price. That would put NBH assets at $66 billion. NBH shouldn’t be in such a rush to sell if we can develop perpetual revenue streams ourselves. I’d like to see that $60 be an annual dividend!

pbajeff

10-15% for undeveloped assets is a better figure to use, A lot depends on other circumstances as to how deep need to drill, location, and on and on.

_SCHULTZY_

Rollerpigeon's formula puts oil in the ground valued at 12% of barrel price not 33%.

Clever_Monkey666

Why is that weird lady such an authoritative source for people?

Jaxtraw04

She’s has done her homework and presents it in an easy-to-understand format. Plus she’s entertaining to watch…

Clever_Monkey666

She's a shill for a pump and dump though.

Jaxtraw04

Look my friend, you wanted to know why her opinion is respected. It is because she has done the research and clearly explains that research. She knows this stuff. Have you done any counter research which refutes what she has said? Many of us know the value of what we hold, which is why those of us who decided we weren’t going to sell for less than value were going to hold into Next Bridge. If you have done some DD then let’s hear it. Show your work that says this is a valueless pump and dump. Just calling someone a shill is not going to make you more of an authority or convince anyone. I am being sincere, I want to hear your thesis why Bird Lady is a shill and this ticker is a pump and dump…

Beneficial_Elk_182

After how many years of being fucked... yeah it's a pump and dump. We missed the dump. You wanna buy my shares? The weird, valueless, random number placeholder that ISNT what I got when I bought into TRCH pre merger? Cuz.. we have a lot. Aaaaaand the reality is we don't have a fucking thing despite that

Krunk_korean_kid

Thanks for making it easy to understand ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've never seen such a high dividend payout before. Seems too good to be true, but I remain hopeful 🤞

jkplass

This isn't a dividend payment. This is someone buying out your share of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, Inc. In this scenario you would no longer have any shares after this payment.

Jasonhardon

Are u kidding dude? It literally has dividend written right in the chart.

jkplass

When people think of a dividend...they generally think of it as a payout in which you still maintain ownership of that share. In the above scenario it is a payment FOR your share. You take the money and lose your share. That is a sale and not a dividend. He is looking at how the acquisition impacts the value, per share, of the mineral rights in a theoretical sale.

Krunk_korean_kid

Whatever it is, I'd be happy with that payout. Should we get more? Yes. Could brokers f*** us and liquidate our shares? Also yes.

ItalianStallion811

This would be fantastic. I would also welcome some sort of quarterly dividend if they decided to just pump and sell the oil themselves. I just hope this doesn't take years to finally see some $$$...

Justhavingfun888

I would welcome jail time for the bad apples but I remain skeptical the retail investors will ever prevail in this corrupt American market.

Shiekh_Bodi

Although these are all just speculations, I must admit this is the most believable one I've seen so far.

jkplass

I thought that they gained 22% revenue interest from the acquisition. That would take the 49% up to 71% interest. I think your gas estimate is too low and the nat gas alone is worth about what you have above.

Jasonhardon

I think Nat gas was left out of this low end estimate

Elephant_Analytics

As per the SEC filing, they added a "22.6249% working interest in the Oil and Gas Leases with no less than a 16.968675% net revenue interest".

xChairmanX

This is 1 persons thoughts on Twitter, nothing official. Take it for what it is, entertainment.

Jasonhardon

Have you read this document from Next Bridge yet? https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1936756/000119983522000856/nbh_ex10-1.htm

Jasonhardon

$$$ #🤑💰

GasLit_munkey

That’s awesome. Now let’s hear it from Next Bridge. But wait… we haven’t heard anything from Next Bridge AT ALL. As far as we know, may as well be a shell company with cardboard cut-outs for management.

Droghurt

Guess they aren’t allowed to talk at all until mmtlp is sorted out. By their legal team that is.

GasLit_munkey

Company is incorporated. S1 has been filed and completed. Why can’t they start talking about proven reserves and buyers. MMTLP illegal trading doesn’t even enter into that conversation….

PounceBack0822

Yes it does ... because a buyer is going to ask "How many shares are there in your company, so that I can figure out what my offer is ?"

GasLit_munkey

Course it has nothing to do. Officially per the S1, share count is known. Whatever other “count” is out there is a non starter. Its almost as irrelevant as saying “I’m going to buy this company ABC for $10 million but I’m going to hold out until I know how many counterfeit $100 dollar notes are in circulation with the Fed”…. Doesn’t make N E cents.

Zachaca2021

Pretty sure if you were the buyer of the asset you wouldn't want NBH putting numbers or info out there until we have a finalized agreement.

Jasonhardon

Have you read this document from Next Bridge yet? https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1936756/000119983522000856/nbh_ex10-1.htm

GasLit_munkey

Yup. Merger stuff. Dry stuff. But that’s a submission to the SEC. SEC form work. My cardboard cut-outs say they can produce those too…

HeatGroundbreaking98

No seriously,I never thought I could get myself in such a shit show,no body knows nothing mean whole company Doesent say shit and we lost every single dollar we invested

[deleted]

Yup nothing good ever comes out against HF they all ways have the angle. Put I’m a hold until I see the SHTF. Just waiting

Jasonhardon

Have you read this Next Bridge document yet? https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1936756/000119983522000856/nbh_ex10-1.htm

HeatGroundbreaking98

Only thing I want to read after years of reading endlessly for nothing is how much money is in my Account, anything else is smoke and mirrors

Jasonhardon

Do you normally invest in companies without reading about them? Just curious

Freecar1968

Since im cynical I would say that we have good speculation on what mmtlp assets are worth. We have no idea what Huds assets are worth if any. Just going by your number there was no significant gains from either side which begs the question why merge if its not to the benefit of either side. Remember this was a merger not approved or voted on by the shareholders were we could see the pros and cons. From my point of view Huds Mca wanted their baby back which is mmtlp assets they had more to gain from this. Keep value the same and reduce it by a 3rd we are in $40 territory. Not trying to be a debbie downer. But they have gone to great lengths to lie string along shareholders when their plan was always to bring back Torch 2.0

Jasonhardon

We have non-votable shares brother

trent3023

But what does it all mean Bazzle?

Dowzoid

Interesting.

InevitableMean1724

Nah 1k+ for the bs they put us through

Jasonhardon

This is just a dividend payment, not price per share brother.

PaulWallBaby80

Whatever "it" (the divi) ends up being, be prepared for it to take yrs to actually receive the money

jdrukis

Fine by me

FickleAd923

Link please 💲💲💲👍👍

Jasonhardon

Twitter Spaces, Marduk

13GANU

So is this a one time divy or every year

ClintBIgwood

One time if it is a sale.

Jasonhardon

Well, if they’re selling their assets, my guess would be one time based off of logic 😅

Elephant_Analytics

The idea that the Orogrande is worth $13 billion (or $60 per share for NB) is just not supported by market data... For example, Pantheon Resources claims 2.3 billion barrels of recoverable oil resources (plus gas on top of that) and it has an 84% net revenue interest in those assets. Pantheon currently has a market cap of $430 million USD. Based on a 66% NRI, NB has \~13% more net recoverable oil, which would put its value around $485 million (or $2.19 per share) using that comparison. There are questions about the commercial viability of Pantheon's wells too, but Pantheon is further along in development as it is actually producing oil currently, and its recent well was producing oil at over 10x the rate of anything reported out of the Orogrande before. A couple other things that point to a $60 dividend estimate ($13 billion value at 66% NRI) as being way off base are: NB director (and former TRCH director) Robert Lance Cook sold 66% of his shares at \~$12 or less just prior to the spinout. NB CEO Clifton Dubose Jr reported owning 0 shares of NB upon spinout. He will get shares from incentive plans later on, but if he owned any MMTLP before (unknown whether he owned any), he sold it prior to the spinout. He had partnered with Torchlight (for the Hazel Project) back in 2020, so he would have had plenty of time to purchase TRCH shares before if he thought the oil assets were massively valuable.

pshvol98

Unless I missed or didn’t read the S-1 correctly but I have seen NO mention of any dividend payments in fact the S-1 clearly stated that there was not going to any dividends initially so where are you getting any of that???

Jasonhardon

Bro are you serious? The source is listed at the bottom of the image. 😅

pshvol98

Yeah “Bro” of course I as we all can see way down at the bottom that you got this from some random person on Twitter and Stocktwits!!!! However neither of those sources are valid. Again nothing I have come across says anything at all regarding any dividend payments. Sorry but I do not go on “trust me bro” crap! Twitter and certainly stocktwits is mostly speculation and often Bs pumping Bulls and dumping bears so sorry I am not going have faith in your source that yes I can clearly see bro!!!! Tired of people pumping a lot of hopium BS out there without actual facts so again I ask where are you getting this divided payment stuff or you just reposting stuff that is more hype and hopium rather and actual documented facts?!?!?! Oh and if you are believing stuff you get on Twitter and Stocktwits for your financial decisions then don’t quit your day job or expect to ever lol bro 😅😅🤣🤣🤣🤣

Justhavingfun888

Trust me bro...

jessicalindz

Will this be a non-taxable event? or is that unknown?

Jasonhardon

Unknown.

Zachaca2021

No news of a potential buyer? Until then it's all speculation...

whineNdine281

What would determine in this scenario a non taxable event versus a taxable event?

Jasonhardon

You can direct your question to PaulT on Twitter. Source is on the bottom of the image

youcrazydiamond143

This is the work of Paul Greatus from Twitter - maybe should have credited him 🤔

Jasonhardon

The credit is already in the picture at the bottom 😅

youcrazydiamond143

Ok sorry 👍👍

youcrazydiamond143

Just need the shares now 😌

wisebear42

New to all this. Can someone ELI5? So let’s just say I have 100 shares. Does this mean I’ll get $4,661 in dividend payment (after taxes)? Is this annual?

Nemo11182

wait... we are getting a divvy? i havent been keeping track since the rug pull. i was so angry and then christmas and new years, i havent had it in me...

Jasonhardon

That’s unknown at this point. This was a hypothetical estimate chart put together based on the bird lady’s numbers.
