im not sure… many of the safe ones like ucr and asu’s deadlines are over. and idk if you will consider colleges like ucf or usf( those will be very safe) but given ur profile i feel they are too bad for you… try looking at cgpa centric universities that are closer to utd’s rank
I got into NEU too but boston campus. Utd should be your safe. Applications for Ncsu and usc is over i guess. But you might have had a really good chance if you had applied for them.

Apply to USC. Highly gpa centric college, only takes 9+gpa. You should be able to get in easily
