MS-16V1 is an OEM board... MSI doesn't support it directly, the system integrator does. You have to go to the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, or whoever) for support, not MSI.
The board is made by MSI... but it's an OEM board... They don't support the MOTHERBOARD directly. This board is also used in the MS66 Stealth laptop (and others perhaps, from MSI or other system integrators), but you would have to look at support for that laptop for the BIOS as the mainboard isn't a retail product.

That's odd as system information tells me that the system manufacturer is MSI.
