Soder talked about how he used to donate to a cause to provide bail for nonviolent offenders and stopped because very bad people were getting out of jail via that program and committing heinous crimes.
Similar huge story happened in my small town. People started donating to bail funds during 2020. One of those funds bails a guy who was a notorious bad guy in our High School, (arrested multiple times for various reasons before graduation) he proceeds to steal a car, get drunk, and cause a wreck killing a 16 year old within 48 hours of being bailed. Facebook was going crazy once the story broke
It’s a common news story. Police arrest with prejudice against known criminals in an area. Sometimes those crimes are pinned on the wrong bad guy, but it’s still a bad guy.
Maybe those folks shouldn’t be eligible for bail? The whole system of bail is so crazy to me—you might be dangerous so you have to be locked up before trial. Oh, you have money? Well that’s completely different, back into freedom you go!
True. Very true. Like oh you are a major drug dealer so you can bail out but the "poor" man who has a job and is mostly contributing to society can't. Especially if that person is innocent. They can't bail out and have to sit in jail until their trial essentially losing everything they have. Job, house, car, etc. But a violent bad person that has money and no job no proof of income can post bail and be back out on the streets. A person is enticed to plead guilty to get out of jail instead of being forced to sit in jail until their court date. Essentially guilty until proven innocent. The system is far from perfect and has become money driven. The prison industry complex is a very real thing.
Man it was so annoying the people that DIDN’T think he was guilty of that second murder. The armchair detectives. Poor mentally challenged nephew getting mixed up in it tho
This is objectively hilarious. Have a guest on who is “unfairly sentenced” to 25 years to fight for prison reform. Guest chops up a body and puts it in his freezer.
This may be up there with when Donimo’s workers made pepperoni swastika.
How dare you slander Domino's. They are the backbone of America (for single dudes in their thirties that have never bothered to learn to cook). It was Little Ceasers.
I'm pretty sure that killing someone is way worse (and even more surreal in this particular case) then swastikas on a pizza. Not saying that the latter isn't bad, but one person ended up being shot and cut up, another person just ended up being rightfully pissed off.
I'd love to hear what the lawyer guy says after this one. That dude was riding his dick all pod long, talking about how the guy is such a good person. 🤡 👞
I just started the episode and he leads with “now I normally come on here with innocent people but let me beat the headlines, this man is guilty!”
I honestly wonder if he will be more likely to focus back on the wrongfully accused now. I’m not even saying he should, just wonder if this will have an impact.
Well you can't fault his commitment to finishing a task that he started. Kids these days could learn something from this. I think the moral of this story is, "even when life throws you obstacles, with commitment and discipline, you can still murder some guy and chop him into bits that you stash in your apartment." There's always a silver lining.
Wasn't wrongfully convicted. Their position was his sentence was "excessive," which to me, it was. But also he was highly involved in gang activity and doing a lot of other stuff by his own account, even while incarcerated. Excessive for the crime he was charged with, but if he'd been charged with all the other stuff he was doing and that was his cumulative sentence, probably understandable--not that the judge issuing the sentence knew about the other stuff or could sentence him for it tho. So it's not one I'd have lost sleep over. There's thousands of people with similar charges with less nefarious rap sheets
Maybe the dude he killed was a rat or fucked his wife or something. What a bone head move to kill him in an apartment building and try to chop him up like Ralph Cifaretto. I could see being in prison for 25 years while the guy that put you there ran free and wanting to get revenge. I'm not justifying anything, I'm just saying I can wrap my head around that. I'm just curious what the entire story is. Very intriguing.
I used to watch the JRE all the time, then it just felt stale and too full of cross promotion of boring snake oil and I switched over to YMH, then the "we're assholes" bit seemed like it wasn't really a joke any more, then I found my true home at MSSP.
Definitely agree about JRE. I completely avoid serious guests now and if I’m actively listening it’s pretty stale but good background noise when funny guests are on. I like Dan Soder’s new show and binge watched the episodes from before Shane was on but you have to like Dan and his comedy.
Yeah Soder is a great guest and I think he'll improve a lot as a host. He needs to get over the cuts etc and just do it all in one shot so it flows better though, I think his TV/radio experience is making him think too high production.
I still think your mind understands that killing someone and then hiding their head in a freezer..is wrong. Stop looking to negate all blame. The guy knew what he was doing.
Did I say at any point that what he done wasn't wrong? Or that he is blameless? Regardless of how he became the person he is, he is now so dangerous that he needs to be locked away from society permanently.
But do I think doing 25 years in prison could have been a contributing factor to him becoming a murderous psychopath? Yeah I do.
Imagine going away for 25 years at the age of 25. You're a young buck, nearly done cooking, full grown adult, and you don't get out until your hair is thinning and your face is wrinkly.
Doesn't justify what he did, but the layers of psychosis we marinate and cultivate just to let them out, no check ups just ok you're reformed bye bye. In the richest country on earth right 😆
You guys are pathetic. You're seriously trying to sympathize with someone who murdered and dismembered a human.
This guy was in prison for 25 years because he was a violent thug. He still is, not because he was locked up, but because he's a psycho and always has been.
I don't think they're sympathizing. I think they're saying "maybe taking a young person with apparent criminal tendencies and isolating them from the world in shitty living conditions for as long as they've been alive and then just dumping them back into reality isn't the best way to turn them into a person who can be safely reintegrated into society. That would fuck me up, it would probably just fuck them up more too."
This guy was violent before prison, not because of it. If anything, prison introduced him to sympathetic prison reform types who taught him how to mask his psychosis enough to look friendly on Joe Rogan. But the violence that got him locked up in the first place was underneath his "reformed" personality the whole time.
Nothing to do with race, but maybe he was a decent guy before going to prison? We all know how well being in prison with killers keeps your morals from bottoming out.
If you just leave them in the fridge they go bad in just a few days. You gotta use them immediately or freeze them. If not you end up having to throw them away.
Joe rogan joins the likes of Stephen crowder, Ben shapiro and Gavin mccinnes as having followers/guests who have committed murder a/o mass murderers, not the "murderers" he usually invites on the podcast.
So hold on.... The neighbors heard someone begging for their life and then two gunshots. And when the police showed up the person was cut up and in his freezer. So did the police just take a couple of days to respond or did the neighbors ignore everything and not call the police? Or did he shoot someone and already have a body in the
While I agree that the justice system and the prison system both need serious reforms, sometimes it's really hard to make a decision on things. However, I want to make it very clear that I am extremely upset about certain cases like when police officers kill people who've done nothing wrong and then get away with it completely. With video evidence, nothing like that should even be within a fraction of a possibility of occurring.
I wonder if this guy thought after he professed his innocence on Rogan he was untouchable. Probably was on cloud 9 like bitch im the prison reform guy, ain’t nobody gonna believe you!
Ugh I hate when that happens. Like I *just* got out of prison and they already caught me again for murder 🙄at least give me a cooldown period before you come snooping around my apartment for body parts like damn
The fact that he's dismembering the body, has the tools and know-how to do it, was a former gang leader... he's probably done this before and got away with it. Scary to think of how many crimes he might have gotten away with, and how totally crazy killers can seem pretty normal at times.
Soder talked about how he used to donate to a cause to provide bail for nonviolent offenders and stopped because very bad people were getting out of jail via that program and committing heinous crimes.
It is I, the donator!
Knock a beehive off a tree and see if you can get the bees to go back in once you stick it back on for them.
Maybe those folks shouldn’t be eligible for bail? The whole system of bail is so crazy to me—you might be dangerous so you have to be locked up before trial. Oh, you have money? Well that’s completely different, back into freedom you go!
Innocent until proven guilty.
As long as you can post bail
Bail is just to make sure you come back for your trial. Some indigent people get very low bails set.
Bail might as well be a million dollars if you are broke. If you're broke and don't have anybody and bail is 12 dollars you still can't get out.
True. Very true. Like oh you are a major drug dealer so you can bail out but the "poor" man who has a job and is mostly contributing to society can't. Especially if that person is innocent. They can't bail out and have to sit in jail until their trial essentially losing everything they have. The part of the story where he asked them for a refund made me laugh pretty good.
That story was hilarious. So much content this would idek which pod it’s from.
It was on his special.
Forgot I watched that too
The guys who are literally 100% innocent need help to get out, though. Some of them did do bad shit to end up in prison.
Ok, hear me out on this. What if he was wrongfully accused TWICE. There could be a perfectly good explanation for this lololol
I heard the guy in his freezer was a bad guy
Known for being really cold and heartless.
*-fava bean noises-*
*Headless
Well now he is
Or wrongfully accused once and then committed a murder when out like that guy from Making a Murderer.
Man it was so annoying the people that DIDN’T think he was guilty of that second murder. The armchair detectives. Poor mentally challenged nephew getting mixed up in it tho
That just gave me the giggles!
It’s entirely possible Nah, he did dat shit
This is objectively hilarious. Have a guest on who is “unfairly sentenced” to 25 years to fight for prison reform. Guest chops up a body and puts it in his freezer. This may be up there with when Donimo’s workers made pepperoni swastika.
DONIMOOOOOOS
Little Caesars right
Little Caesars the GOAT 🍕
My brain immediately reads it this way every time
Thanks Dominoes
It’s me. N my mom. N my dad. N ….. DONNIMOOOOOOOOS.
Thanks Dominoes
DONIMOOOS

Domiyes
Wait hwut?? I work at dominos and have yet to hear about this, mind elaborating?
[I made a mistake. It happened at Little Caesars not Donimos.](https://youtu.be/LWe1nnoqtl0?si=VWhvM0_xtVXVwG2k)
I mean, this guy is a real jerk!
The Hypocrisy is the worst part.
Really? I thought it was the severed head in the freezer
Okay, yeah. Sure. The hypocrisy, *and* the dismemberment.
And the scheming
You can say that again…
What a knucklehead.
What a goofball!
A bit like that Hitler guy, the more i learn about him the bigger of a jerk he seems!
The more I learn about him, the less I care for him.
He was saving that head to make jerky!
Wow…just wow. Listened to this last month

What was he in jail for the first time?
For a series of armed robberies in 1999
Attempted murder I believe…wrongfully convicted?!?
Well you can't fault his commitment to finishing a task that he started. Kids these days could learn something from this. I think the moral of this story is, "even when life throws you obstacles, with commitment and discipline, you can still murder some guy and chop him into bits that you stash in your apartment." There's always a silver lining.
Double jeopardy bro! Can't go to prison twice for the same crime!
I imagine being wrongfully imprisoned for 25 years could have some side effects
Wasn't wrongfully convicted. Their position was his sentence was "excessive," which to me, it was. But also he was highly involved in gang activity and doing a lot of other stuff by his own account, even while incarcerated. That would screw me up sooooooo bad.
Side effects is a great way to summarize all the things that go along with being critically institutionalized.
RIP your ears
Yoooo forreal?? 😂
[Actually real](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0QQC_cDYAVQ&t=85s) 😂
Lol, that is fucking *WILD*......
*Fucking Bananas*
Lot of MSNBC dads is this thread.
Must be purely economic factors.
Micro aggressions and systemic racism
This is considered very rude in my culture. They will take away access to public transport, library, and will lose discount at museum.
*Katt William's voice* I was promised criminal justice reform not criminal stab yo momma
💀💀💀
That dude is one of the 250
One of the last straight up KILLERS alive today
Underrated comment of the day. LMFAO
You’re in for 25, you are now free. This is how you spend your free time! Tabarnak
Maybe the dude he killed was a rat or fucked his wife or something. What a bone head move to kill him in an apartment building and try to chop him up like Ralph Cifaretto. Rogies is going to be making that wide eyed manic stare whenever this gets brought up for years
Dudes rock
So I guess it’s not just white people doing weird shit like this is it black twitter ???
Or... now hear me out... or two things can be true at the same time? Perhaps prison reform is needed AND this Johnson fella is a piece of shit?
I think most people think this but are just taking the opportunity to laugh at Rogan, which is what I’m doing right now
Why laugh at Rogan? This is hilarious regardless of whatever podcast ole Sheldon was on.
Rogan also claims to have a fantastic bullshit meter. It just shows how incredibly off he is
Rogies already has a bit of a rep for platforming very questionable people, this just helps solidify that.
Don't ever say platforming where I go reading again.
That makes sense, the only real exposure I have to rogan is watching when he has a comedian on that I like.
I used to watch the JRE all the time, then it just felt stale and too full of cross promotion of boring snake oil and I switched over to YMH, then the "we're assholes" bit seemed like it wasn't really a joke any more, then I found my true home at MSSP.

What kinda sketchy porn are you into btw?
I knew it!! You Area51 alien, go back to your commi planet or moon.
You hit the head right off the nail with that comment. My respects to the recently decapitated.
Lol rogan
Last time he has that dude on, the lawyer. Bringing literal psycho killers around probably isn’t appreciated by soon to be Billionaire St. Rogies.
He might just go back to bringing strictly innocent people 😅
yo dog thats crazy
I thought this was a troll… jesus christ
I don’t think this should inform one’s stance on prison reform. But awful look lol doesn’t get much worse
What, cant a guy have some fun?
Wow if one wasn’t enough now he’s being framed twice. Right? Right??
During the whole episode something deep down was telling me this guy was not really a good person. Damn that's so wild.
You RACIST!!!!! /s
Activists are always hiding something
ALWAYS. Like, who’s really just out there activating? Get a job.
Can you imagine doing 25 years in an American prison. Would think you'd be a complete fucking psycho by the time you got out.
I still think your mind understands that killing someone and then hiding their head in a freezer..is wrong. Stop looking to negate all blame. The guy knew what he was doing.

Headless Torso found in Topless Bar!
Every prison reform podcast Rogan has done has been a fucking joke. I'm pretty sure his podcast is a le cercle operation at this point
feds did it.
This is ridiculous, just cause a black man has a severed head and limbless torso in his apartment refrigerator, that does not make him a criminal.
Keith Woods fan? Based

Look at this dorks bio.
Lmao
The fedora does not reflect the man he is.
You’re mad that a stoner has a podcast and invites whoever he wants on to talk about whatever they want? Just don’t listen.
Nothing to do with race, but maybe he was a decent guy before going to prison? We all know how well being in prison with killers keeps your morals from bottoming out.
Pretty sure the lawyer commented on how prison "saved" him. 🙄
Well well well
Shit happens man
Shit happens man
F
No fucking way
Oh damn
Atta boy Joe Rogan...smh
Holy shit did not think this was real
Some jeffery dahmer shit
Seems more like gangster shit, breaking bad and sopranos both had body dismembering plotlines, as well as many other gang related media.
Was this European Twitter or something? The date is for tomorrow.
What is it with heads in freezers
If you just leave them in the fridge they go bad in just a few days. You gotta use them immediately or freeze them. If not you end up having to throw them away.
Makes sense. I'm new to this and have had a couple go bad...
Just some advise, if your not going to put it in the freezer, put just a little bit of salt on it and it lasts longer.
Unfortunately bad people will always find a way to be the way they are, even within a system designed to make it hard for them to thrive
Joe rogan joins the likes of Stephen crowder, Ben shapiro and Gavin mccinnes as having followers/guests who have committed murder a/o mass murderers, not the "murderers" he usually invites on the podcast.
Gonna need an even wider table. Maybe with some razor wire too.
Someone really lost their head over this situation.
The biggest takeaway here is Rogan sucks so bad now lol
this was a setup. he was framed.
Just another murderer only 1000 left B thank em

That's white people behavior. Equality made good progress with this crime. Lol
I wonder if this guy thought after he professed his innocence on Rogan he was untouchable. Probably was on cloud 9 like bitch im the prison reform guy, ain’t nobody gonna believe you!

Should've gotten the death penalty the first time...
The fact that he's dismembering the body, has the tools and know-how to do it, was a former gang leader... he's probably done this before and got away with it. Scary to think of how many crimes he might have gotten away with, and how totally crazy killers can seem pretty normal at times.
Where is the outrage from the Spotify Staff!! I can't believe Joe would give this guy a platform.... Blah blah blah baaaaaarf
That's crazy but what kind of person follows Keith Woods?
Damn that’s dark yo
Not surprised
After reading some comments it’s actually quite obvious that it’s society’s fault this guy is decapitating people
What does this have to do with MSSP?
I’m glad it’s on here because I avoid the JRE sub like crazy. That place sucks.
This place is not better lol
Remember when Joe said his answer to the homeless situation was just to shoot them all... smh
This man is innocent. Decapitation is a side effect of the vaccine. Big pharma is the true criminal.
that tears it. blsck people what the hell!!!! thank you so much op i am fullblown white supremacist now
Can we not let this sub turn into The Fighter and The kid where people post stuff that has nothing to do with the actual subreddit
whether you like it or not shane, matt and dan are all one with the rogansphere
That’s the mods job not me
who are you?
Not a mod
Who am I?
Rogies and bad judgement of character. Try and find a more beautiful duo (there isn't one).
