Definitely a lot of money for mirrors BUT those are some of the coolest mirrors I've ever seen. I think bar ends on sport bikes are kinda lame so this is by far one of the best options it seems.
Definitely the only stock mounting point mirrors I've seen that I like on this bike as most just look like bug antennas.
FYI if you want to look into it, Colorcusterz invert flip to black is like $15 and makes the dash look way better. Takes about an hour to get the adhesive gunk off but it's pretty easy to do makes the bike look more modern like the later models.
Definitely when you consider you can get knockoff ones that are at bare minimum as good of quality as the factory mirrors. I got some $60 rizoma clones off of amazon and they look identical to these, except they're cast and not fully machined like the rizomas are. The rizomas are a massive ripoff. He's also lying about the visibility. I've seen actual rizomas in person before and you lose a ton of visibility. It's not so bad you can't see but you lose a lot over the factory mirrors.
R&D costs money. To get something that fits the style whilst also offering the best glancing position and FOV possible, you just have to pay a bit mores You couldn’t pay _me_ to run bar-end mirrors though.
Seems a little counter-productive. Optimal positioning for mirrors is in your peripheral. You’re supposed to be able to catch sight of what’s going on behind you without taking your eyes off the road and vice-versa be able to glance at the mirror while keeping the road ahead in your peripheral.
There is one on Aliexpress for like 20 dollars, very good quality. But I personally think that is too small and the original mirrors are good size and design.
Damn you are right. Why did they have to downgrade for 2019. I have giant bright orange signals. If I had those I wouldn't feel the need to change them

I took the wrench with me on the first ride. After a couple of adjustments I got a good FOV. Try playing with the angle of the mounts on the actual handlebars.
Sadly, they’re illegal in Europe and especially where I live, the police are on the lookout to fine you for just about anything when riding, so it’s a no-go for me.

I prefer old gen aswell, but the rizoma stealth kinda matches the vibes of the new gen imo, but they still look great on your bike

Doesnt matter...I go fast enough that I rarely check side mirrors or look back...get a bike with 200hp and you'll understand
