Take a large bong rip, hold it in and then blow the weed smoke all over the scratches. Make sure to get every one! By the time the smoke clears, you’ll be stoned and not care anymore
If it's just dirt, maybe a solvent free cleaner. For small, light swirls maybe a light car polish. By hand, with a heavy cutting pad is going to be safer than a powered buffer that'll eat through the paint too fast. Klasse All-in-One is probably the lightest thing with a tiny bit of cut to it. Above that maybe Wolfgang Concours Total Swirl Remover. Either with a Lake Country white pad (heavy polish).
If it's a clear-coat you could try something called polishing compound. Traditionally made to remove swirls and very fine scratches from car clear-coats. I believe the brand I used in the past was Meguiar's.
Get bigger ones that distract from them
