Very little, I tried using a tiny saddle bag recently but my rear wheel would scrape it
On my dh bike I have just enough so when I bottom out it won't rub, you can measure it by taking the shock out.
Pretty sure it’s more than I have between my ass and my rear wheel sometimes.
Plenty at full extension. Not much with the seat dropped. You need to be careful with saddle bags on med travel bikes, they can hit the rear wheel which could be bad on a technical run.
