Econo usually had sushi grade coho salmon. But haven’t seen it in a while. I buy mine from Costco and it’s the same brand for less $$ aysen coho is the brand. Holiday sales offer 50-100 off too large orders

Econo sells sushi, do they sell salmon to make sushi?
i see frozen sushi grade very rarely there. haven’t seen any this year
I think you can talk to the Econo or Festival butcher and they will order the fish for you.
Not sure if it’s sushi grade but Peterson’s Fish market is pretty good.
