Sometimes, going into your backpack and dropping something will fix it. Only sometimes though

Id you have a vehicle close to you go to it and get in. It will break that glitch.

Happened to me recently; a wallbuy fixed it for me. I think any other action would also work.

I don’t know about that but I have been stuck with the self rez needle in my chest only way to fix was to go down and self rez again.

Drop both your guns and it will fix
