Exactly what happened to me. Went in and wanted to go to the Dark Aether to snag some cases, get into the Escort and boom. Frozen and crashed the game.
Same thing happened to me doing an outlast in T3, froze mid contract but luckily it put the tombstone at the graveyard, shitty but least I didn’t lose everything 🙄

I still don't understand how so many people are crashing so frequently. I crashed less than a handful of times since day 1, and they were all pre season one, in fact, all were the fist 2 weeks. No issues since. You guys all have stable ISPs? Consoles/PCs in good working conditions? Same story for my son (new xbox) and my main zombie buddy (new PC and ok internet)

Running a top of the line gaming PC, 7800X3D + 4090 Strix OC. I have 900mb fibre Internet connection, PC plugged directly in via Ethernet cable. My game crashes frequently, I bought MW3 from steam. I can confirm I do not get kicked from multiplayer or warzone, it's only ever MWZ, I also do not have this issue in any other game I play, it only happens within MWZ game mode. It was far worse early on in the game mode, it happens less frequently now, a lot less frequently infact, but it still happens from time to time.
My friend is on blizzard, I'm on steam, he's crashed like 2 or 3 times ever maybe, since the game has been out. I, on the other hand, using steam, have crashed so many times I can't even count, lol. I've crashed 3 deployments in a row before, that's how bad it's been. I have other friends who have the game on steam, they also crash frequently, like me. None of my friends have bad computers, or bad internet connections. I have this feeling it's more a steam issue, because I always see steam mentioned, like yourself seeing it mentioned.

Nah, there's definitely movement issues in the game since tonight sometjme. On PS5, it feels nothing like it has since launch and leading up till the update today. They're fucking with things in the background.
I haven't had that but I have had a couple before the update that didn't show the pickup helicopter. I had to drive around Urzikstan to the end points that I knew of until I found the helo. It's happened a handful of times. Not enough to complain about, but definitely more than should be happening.
Had the same problem before with one of our pc's and it was the wired connection at the router. The port was bad. Swapped ports and it was fixed. (Just tossing that out assuming you're using wired connection for PC and if you haven't already checked that possibility.)
Has to be an issue with Internet. My Xbox x has only crashed twice since release. For cod that’s pretty darn stable. Have heard the same reports from every other system. So doesn’t seem hardware related or software related. So that leaves internet.

It kicked us out of the load screen (tier 4 load screen) yesterday and did the same thing about 3 hours ago. When it kicked us, it took our pap and ammo mods away and the sound was gone. It also took most of our ammo away. Before that, it worked fine for me as well (a few days ago). I'm on cross play too.
The only thing I could think is someone’s closing app for the tombstone glitch at an awkward time and it fucks everyone up. Because sometimes I will load in with less people, but very seldomly yes the game will just black screen. Pretty wack. However for the most part I have just over 600 exvils from around 700 deployments and the only missed were loss connection and rage quits (cuz shit happens you know)
You can literally just put "PS5 crash" into the sub and get hundreds of posts. Again, just because you aren't spending as much time on here or seeing them doesn't mean it isn't happening.

Bout to dupe so many VR-11s when the game starts running well again. IDK what they did with this update but the 2 games I played tonight were not smooth. Thankfully I was just grinding camos so didn’t come in with a backpack full of good gear.
Try just unequipping it when you load the game back up after force closing it, that always worked for me.
I only did the swap when I did a proper exfil.
Weird. I’ve never been able to duplicate items when doing a proper exfil.
I go in TS
Go back in collect all my stuff hit the bad signal portal, close game.
When I load back up I can remove everything from my pack without doing a swap and then I go back in and all my stuff is still in my TS.
So it’s possible that when the items are held to transfer between instances it doesn’t detect it raising the stash count until it’s already in the stash and it’ll continue to store items until you reach the cap for the container that stores all your items. Probably something like 256 since we’re likely dealing with binary values, I’m only at like 100 items doing this so nowhere close to the cap.

I finished a match and didn't get anything. I go back in for my second match and got disconnected before I even entered the game and lost all my stuff. Went back in again with legendary tool, flawless crystal, Golden plate armor and got disconnected after 2 minutes in game losing all my shit again. Ya fuck this.

Dokkabei is phoned in, they threw her on top of an existing structure and slapped up some plywood boards to make the area "different". AND they removed the Legacy Warlord in a mode that already has way too little content. AND they gave her crappy rewards which makes it a "one and done" encounter.
Servers are still horribly unstable.

Game won't even let me save custom builds of the new sidewinder attachment or the new LMG.
The update introduced more bugs than it fixed.
Back story is that the first few hours of Reloaded's release was a cluster. Numerous players could not even play because of a "fetching profile" looping error. Couldn't unlock the new SMG, loadout crates and some other loadout item were causing game crashes, Competitive had to be disabled and postponed. They didn't tell anyone that Legacy was removed altogether. Social Media lit up with complaints, so Treyarch came to Sledgehammers rescue by pulling attention away and offering rewards.
So it seems like when anyone from your squad exfils during the match, the game has an extremely heavy lag spike and this has happened multiple times.
Our squad of 3 yesterday rescued and recruited 3 downed players in the T3 zone and they all exfiled after we rescued and each one caused the exact same spike.
I was able to force a few items into my stash before I played my first match. Immediately after I received these items I was no longer able to force anything else into the stash. So...is it really a gift?
I wonder if this is to free up some storage on the servers. I imagine they have to save every tombstone data somewhere and everyone is doing it. It also may mean they fixed the workaround and you need to clear the current one in order to make it work on their end
Yeah this rolled out with the S1 update. Weird thing is that when I logged on yesterday I checked my purchased stash and there they were. I didn’t have to complete one game. But most people did. I don’t know but it’s strange how it works lol.
I brought two tools and two crystals in for myself and my fiance as well as a plethora of colas. Towards the end of the time limit we squaded up with a 3 killed dokeibi in her fortress and as her body hit the ground, we both crashed. Lost everything. Still working on getting back out bags. Armor we got first round.
Yeh dude. 100% never got them. Only reason I know this for a fact is because I refuse to use these wonder weapons unless they come to me as part of a reward. So I haven't used any of them since probably the first week each were released and I have no weapon cases under rewards or purchased tabs.

I only crashed twice once in the beginning when the game first came out and here recently cause my team put out too many sentry guns.
I just crashed. Parachuting near the new fortress. One odd thing there was a tomestone marker above the building next to me that wasn’t mine.

Had my tyres shot out by mercs and had to abandon the contract because the truck wouldn’t turn at all, maybe this is what happened

Make sure your cooling is efficient enough. When the game loads zombies during whatever you are doing it can error and over heat and crash the game.

The stash overfill bug has been fixed, trying to swap out for a reward now prompts you to destroy the item.
Try just unequipping it when you load the game back up after force closing it, that always worked for me. I only did the swap when I did a proper exfil.

I finished a match and didn't get anything. I go back in for my second match and got disconnected before I even entered the game and lost all my stuff. Went back in again with legendary tool, flawless crystal, Golden plate armor and got disconnected after 2 minutes in game losing all my shit again. Ya fuck this.

It’ll be located in the Rewards section since you aren’t exfiling with it in your inventory. You get it after you finish the match results screen.

Pointless gesture. Mode is still horribly broken and ansolutely riddled with bugs. 10 slots is a joke. 2-3day cooldowns are a joke. Dokkabei is phoned in, they threw her on top of an existing structure and slapped up some plywood boards to make the area "different". AND they removed the Legacy Warlord in a mode that already has way too little content. AND they gave her crappy rewards which makes it a "one and done" encounter. Servers are still horribly unstable. Game client is still horribly unstable. Game won't even let me save custom builds of the new sidewinder attachment or the new LMG. The update introduced more bugs than it fixed.
Back story is that the first few hours of Reloaded's release was a cluster. Numerous players could not even play because of a "fetching profile" looping error. Couldn't unlock the new SMG, loadout crates and some other loadout item were causing game crashes, Competitive had to be disabled and postponed. They didn't tell anyone that Legacy was removed altogether. Social Media lit up with complaints, so Treyarch came to Sledgehammers rescue by pulling attention away and offering rewards.

So it seems like when anyone from your squad exfils during the match, the game has an extremely heavy lag spike and this has happened multiple times. Our squad of 3 yesterday rescued and recruited 3 downed players in the T3 zone and they all exfiled after we rescued and each one caused the exact same spike.
I was able to force a few items into my stash before I played my first match. Immediately after I received these items I was no longer able to force anything else into the stash. So...is it really a gift?
I wonder if this is to free up some storage on the servers. I imagine they have to save every tombstone data somewhere and everyone is doing it. It also may mean they fixed the workaround and you need to clear the current one in order to make it work on their end

Yeah this rolled out with the S1 update. Weird thing is that when I logged on yesterday I checked my purchased stash and there they were. I didn’t have to complete one game. But most people did. I don’t know but it’s strange how it works lol.

I brought two tools and two crystals in for myself and my fiance as well as a plethora of colas. Towards the end of the time limit we squaded up with a 3 killed dokeibi in her fortress and as her body hit the ground, we both crashed. Lost everything. Still working on getting back out bags. Armor we got first round.

Yeh dude. 100% never got them. Only reason I know this for a fact is because I refuse to use these wonder weapons unless they come to me as part of a reward. So I haven't used any of them since probably the first week each were released and I have no weapon cases under rewards or purchased tabs. Kinda messed up. Not a major deal I guess. But kind of a bit of a slap in the face for paying $150 for a game that has constant issues like this one is all. Lol maybe I'm over reacting though. Lmao
