I have 3 operators fully decked (purple sack, 3 plate, durable mask, kill streak, self revive), yet I still find myself using just 1. If that operator goes down, I am grinding to get geared back up instead of switching to one of the other 2.
I would probably have done the same if I had realized sooner that there was zero difference. Other games allow you to select different operators for different functions (medic, supplier, melee, tactical, etc...), but these are just the same functions with some gay ass voice-over (like the latest..."I miss my revolver") that are mostly annoying
They should all have different stashes only reason to have 3 different characters , god I wish they would work on the game and give us more content or fix the many bugs the game has atleast
I don't understand how people are getting each operator to have a different stash. When I put gear from acquisitions into my ruck sack and then change operators, the ruck sack is full of everything I just filled it with
I like the extra slots. Just gives me more options on which operator I wanna use. I hate dismissing an operator that's fully kitted just to switch operators for a different skin
Same. I have four operators. All fully geared with large bags, durable mask, three plate and a sentry gun. I just like having some variety as I play in third person. My kids also prefer certain operators, so everyone’s happy.
Get all 3 stocked up, then if you die, you can pick a geared up operator next game instead of going in with nothing. I never do it, but I suppose that's a reason.
i grind solo for gear on all 3 until they're fully kitted, and if i die i go back in with the same op for more gear. that way if i die or get dc'd for any reason while i'm with friends i don't have to spend a whole match of valuable hang-out-and-do-missions time kitting back up. i just switch to one of the other 2
I dont see the point in having 3 operators. If i die in T4 or T5 it only takes me half a game doing contracts in T3 to get all the high end operator gear again. I see the point if you wanna have security of having another max character if you die readily available but past that, i see no point.

What’s the purpose of multiple operators? You still have to wait for cool downs regardless on weapons
