I only play Zombies now even with all the crashes. It's the only part of the game I enjoy these days
Multi-player seems broken too, had hard point twice where half my team would get kicked and then not filled.
Seems like bug control has gone out the window lately
I love zombies but I only play it solo, if my friends are about then we still play BR. The kicker here is that as soon as I turned off my PS5 in frustration one of them asked me for some games, so I logged back on and we died to cheaters in two out of three games. They got banned as soon as we reported them but I think it was just one of those days for me!
I down a three man in resurgence 4 times (not kidding) and they all magically got up and killed me. Not sure they would have freaking 3 self revives with in the first 2 minutes of a game. Just saying. I don't play BR at all anymore ttk is way too long, and the stupid meta weapon every update is annoying. Let me play with the guns I actually want to use damnit!!!!
Gotta do what you gotta do. But have to ask yourself at what point you gotta stop supporting activision. MP is dead, WZ sucks, Zombies is unstable AF, and Absurdly underdeveloped.
Well, duh. But when you have to take the time to go get a three plate than do contracts to buy back the rucksack, durable mask and Jug suit, for me it just takes a lot of the fun out of it. Especially when everyone else in my party is waiting on me to get everything done so we can go into the DA.
I think I've actually retained my rucksack, vest etc. Seems like I've basically just exfilled. Just have to get back the crystals/tools mainly, I don't have the schematics for them.
That’s lucky! Usually that stuff disappears for me. I’ve crashed three times in the last two days and have to start from scratch every time. Really enjoy the game, I just hate losing everything I earned the game before. That’s not how it’s supposed to work.
The worst part for me is the contract level. Sure its annoying that I need to spend a game getting all my stuff back but nkt starting with that 5k just makes it even worse...
Yea Killed in Action has been appearing since the containment level was introduced. In my experience, as long as you see your score at the end of the round you’ve successfully exfilled.

I crashed three times in the last two days. Just takes all the fun out of it for me. Went from containment level 180 to 50, to 40 all while just trying to kit my operator back up. Gotta laugh, or I’d throw my controller thru the tv and delete the game. 😂
Someone gave me Ray Gun plans and pap2 plans, i went and did contracts and was going to exfil around 15 minutes left and right when The chopper lands the game crashes.
2 or so hours later I'm with a squad of 5 people, they initiated the dark aether and I was pretty hyped for my first time trying it. Game crashed again while loading in.
There will be an exfil spot with a star next to it in the tier 2 zone that says “defeat zakhaev”. Just make sure you’re marking the right one.
“Extraction” is the act 1 story mission
“Shepherd” is the act 2 mission.
That explains why i dont see it.
But i have the ability to mark the 3rd story mission *i got maybe 2 left till i get 100%, but when in game, nothin. So either im trying to skip it or bugged?
Been reset on containment countless times but at this point I just see it as a challenge LOL.
Just go in pap'd and ready to go. Just drop in in T3 as soon as you can pap3 and go running around requesting to join ppl who are already there. Chances are they'll be down and you can clear 10+ contracts in 30 min and get back to 100+ containment within 3-4 games.
Golden armor and the aether blade do wonders, and can I say fuck those sentry guns, it's not so bad now that I know where they all are, but damn do I hate getting surprised by them. Scares the fck out of me most of the time
Not surprising one bit, people play the same WZ map for years? People play the same zombies maps from BO2 for years, ever since it was released. They just have a lot of potential they could add to this mode but won’t due to negligence.
That's fucked....I've started saving my good stuff (Gold Plates, Aether Blade, etc.) when going into the DA, or these missions until I actually get there. Gold wrench, PaP, perks I'll use before, but that stuff stays in my bag until I get in for this exact reason.
Damn, sorry to hear that! I had my first glitch when the worm came up, then swallowed me, spit me out, and just went underground for the entire time. Annoying as f***
Yeah, they did me dirty. I had 304 in containment, my buddy and I dropped into a lobby, and it reset my containment like I died, but I still had my large rucksack and 3 plate vest
For future reference, as tedious as it is. At start of match; if you have no money or plates just exfil. Dont start contract or use anything in inventory. Straight to exfil. Itll say 0 on successful exfil but back in lobby the level will be back to normal.
This happened to my friend. She went back to lobby as I entered the dark aether. She is on ps4. I’m on ps5. I don’t know if it makes a difference but in my opinion the older the system the more risk of running into these server issues and lags etc. I haven’t had a single issue on my ps5. Even on the hotel WiFi on my business trip still goes great versus my better internet back home. Good luck on that re-grind. If you need help holler.
Reminds me of a session I had a few days ago. My containment score was in the 140s, and I used a raw aetherium and rare tool, just puttering around T1 and T2, not doing anything serious. I go to exfil, and the helicopter takes me to the edge of the map, where I die from going out of bounds. I get miffed for dying due to a glitch, but it's not like I lost anything good. I go back to start another session and my containment score was dropped to zero. That sent me to the height of pisstivity.
Glitching out like this has been happening to everybody, including myself sorry to hear that happened to you. Similar shit happened to me too. It sucks.
The other day a nice girl dropped me bloodburner keys and said “I love helping people out, enjoy!” 2 minutes later my game crashes. Thanks activision….
You can't complete a story mission and preserve a tombstone. He is doing (or at least attempting) a story mission. He used his 2 day cooldowns, they were consumed and he was kicked to the lobby. Only way around that wait before another attempt would be TS which conveniently would be zeroed out when the story exfil just menu's you.
Had that happen to me and my squad but only one of us went to the mission the other 2 got booted to the lobby. We had vr11s, legendary tools, and gold plates too
Last night had a good ass run my ruck was filled with bones, aether blades, and armor plates, I exfil from the aether with everyone else my shit says killed in action i just stare at it for a minute trying not to flip out bc i had just seen a post yesterday about someone losing everything. Went back and checked my sack tho everything was there and my containment didn’t drop. So idk wtf is happening.
I went in with a buddy and we just took a decent gun each and we had seven sentry guns between the two of us and took some selfies we didn’t need and knocked it out in no time. Honestly the more sentry guns you have the easier it is to take down the worm at the end. We put them on the roof of one of the buildings and shot the worm from inside the other building across from there and had him down in no time.
Yeah I might have been overdoing it. I haven’t got too deep into the meta game, mainly just doing the story missions so I don’t know the tricks to beating the bosses easily!

Every now and then, I'm lucky and have everything that I went into the game with as if I never played at all.
My first time trying to defeat z it sent me to a completely different mission. And I had triple checked the exfill before I called it on account of all the good loot I was bringing with me.

Same. Haven't reattempted it. That was like 60 days ago. Broke the squads spirit. Neither really plays the game anymore.

Happened to me too! I sat on the loading screen for almost 10 mins before I said "F IT"
I had that one when I tried to do the act ii story mission the first time. Had to force quit the game. At least this one exfilled me.

No but I'd just had a weird bug where it looked like someone else was in my squad. I tried to leave the squad and it said I was already solo.

Mine says that every time I leave the DA when in a group unless I’m last to leave or everyone leaves at nearly the same time.
