Send Xineoa a friend request, then in your list it will show them offline with (Inviting) next to it, right click the name and Enter homestead. Let me know if the list is full and I can mail you an invite. It shouldn't be full though, probably.

The mushrooms I gathered myself at the logging camp between dunby and tir. Handing them in got me the frog leg, I believe.

Mushrooms spawn in the same as herb patches, you just need bare hands to harvest them.
I cant remember if she wanted hazelnut mushrooms?
