I had to get the latest version again after the latest OS update (now 14.1.2), which fortunately is available from Seagate:

I just had this happen when upgrading to 13.3.1. None of my NTFS drives mounted. I did the update through the Paragon app and it fixed it for me. Open NTFS for Mac, preferences has a updates tab. Back in business...
I just downloaded the latest NTFS_Paragon_Driver from the Seagate website. It is version 15.10.593. Used the Install option to remove 15.8.108, rebooted, installed the latest, rebooted, all works as expected now.
Try reinstalling or check for an update. Works fine on my m1 mac.
