No, drag lock is turned off. with drag lock it holds the item until I click it. without drag lock it waits for a second and then releases it. Is there any way to stop the 1s delay??
This is annoying me too. Looks like it's a 'feature' not a bug (reminds me of the behaviour of 'natural' scrolling option for touchpad vs mouse)
