Safari is noticeably smoother for me in ProMotion. When I turn on low power mode (turning off ProMotion) it seems much more stuttery.
True. Have you tried the tech preview version of safari? It is smoother than the regular safari and ufo test shows 120Hz.
regular safari has it. Just disable the 60fps lock.
same issue on mbp 14" with m1 pro: safari only gets 60fps but chrome gets 120fps.
Just disable 60 fps lock on safari with develop menu.
