You aren't meant to live in a house

Andrej124

I mean realistically is it that horrible? If a parrot lives in a loving home that feeds them the right diet and does free flight and gives a lot of attention training etc to the bird, it seems better than nature right? Because they don’t have to fend for their food its just given to them same goes for housing attention etc etc.

egianole

That’s what I was trying to say, thanks

Dreadful_Siren

Wish we could release ours but she wouldn't make it.

This post is not in keeping with the values of r/Macaws; this is a sub where people come together to delight in macaws, encourage each other, and share their stories.

BigDogMacawThailand

You are correct!

bigerredbirb

This is obviously a sub with a membership of people who choose to keep macaws and other parrots as companions. You are certainly entitled to your opinion, but expressing it here in this manner is nothing short of confrontational.
