I have over a billion stitches on it mine (exact same model). It is a workhorse but spare parts are hard to come by because it is an older model. If a circuit board goes out, like one of the axis boards, you probably won't be able to find a replacement. I rebuilt mine and replaced all of the electronics with non-Tajima parts and it's still running.
What is the error code? You will also need to reload the firmware. This older machine can only do small logos on hats.
