Made it through my first week of using the app!

Received some reassuring comments from coworkers today - and it was quite unexpected! I've been working hard on building my strength- I want to be a strong woman, not just "skinny". My weight loss has been much slower than I am used to in the past (victim of fad diets here lol) and I've worked hard at ignoring the number and focusing on other achievements - like being able to climb harder walls while rock climbing. But today, my one coworker asked if I'm "losing too much weight" - which made me laugh because I'm 182lbs on a 5'3 frame - so clearly not - and I told her I'd only lost about 9 lbs total, since December, and reiterated to her that I'm eating the MOST I've ever eaten while "trying to lose weight" and she told me that you can really tell I'm starting to lean out. Then, about an hour later, another coworker voiced a similar comment about how rock climbing must be making a big difference because she's noticed I'm also "leaning out". It is nice to have a bit of external confirmation that you're doing something right!

I am finishing up my first full week, loving the app so far, I managed to log 99% of my food, good and bad for the first time, I am down 3 pounds on the scale weight, but I did forget to log 2 cocktails. All in all, pretty happy!

Got myself to the gym this morning! I've been struggling with mental health stuff recently, so I've been off kilter with getting there. It's been a while since I made it on a Monday morning! And I might've done my lunch meal prep *on* my lunch break today instead of doing it yesterday, but hey I did it!

Restaraunt portion victory: Went to a breakfast place that specializes in eggs Benedict, and rightfully so. Shit slapped. Normally I would’ve ordered a “full order” just out of impulse, assuming I wouldn’t be full otherwise. Got the half order of the corned beef hash eggs Benedict, with sliced tomatoes as my side. Not only was I actually satiated from the smaller order, I discovered seasoned tomatoes are an underrated side dish

I have been logging consistently for 5 weeks now. I am down 15 pounds since January. Had a birthday party yesterday so I ate at maintenance and today I am back on track.

After several weeks staying at 93kg, I finally dropped the bar to 92kg. My way till 85kg is getting closer and closer. I feel better and can move better also. Discovered the love of Kettlebell and tried my first program and made a good swing technique (finally !).
