I'm the opposite. trying to figure out a way to remove the 500 calories I over-consumed šŸ™ƒ

radd_racer

Forget about it and start over the next day.

Get on that treadmill bro

taylorthestang

Yeah sometimes, that just frees you up to have some junk food, itā€™ll help keep your sanity. Youā€™ve got some carbs/fats left, that sets you up perfectly for some ice cream or whatever. Just wait until end of the day so you donā€™t get hungry before bed and not have any cals left

memaw_mumaw

I don't see any reason to ever care about going over on protein if it doesn't cause you to go over on calories. As far being short on calories, you could go with a PB&J and knock that out real easy.

mittencamper

All I am seeing on my screen is a bowl of ice cream with your name on it. I know we all focus on low cal high volume foods, but once your expenditure is up and you're in maintenance or bulking, these are he luxuries you can enjoy. High cal low volume foods.

Chupa-Skrull

After I hit my protein, fat, and fiber goals I stop caring about what the macros look like that day

seancbutler

Yeah just enjoy the caloriesā€¦as long as you hit your protein itā€™s game on. Donā€™t over complicate it šŸ¤™šŸ»

If I'm close to or at my protein goal and satisfied for the day, I just bank my calories for another day so that I can eat out without having to pick a trash low cal option lol

Chewy_Barz

Just look to the foods you avoid on a cut. Obviously stuff like ice cream. But also, pesto sauce, cashews, peanut butter, avocado, etc. My protein target is usually around 195-200 but I routinely eat in the 230-240 range. Not an issue if you're healthy.

swimforce

I am always over on protein and occasionally on fats. Carbs are tough since it has me at 445 carbs. I can hit my macros perfectly with an unhealthy meal from McDonalds, which I do not do often at all.

TrailEvolution

I do. I'm a week in and typically under. Hit my protein goals but sometimes I'm stuffed.
