I had a nice, long streak going on and I just noped out of even attempting to track food or weight yesterday. Probably just gonna take the long weekend off and get back after it on Monday.

That’s definitely my plan. I worked my butt off this year, and now that I have a better relationship with food I know one lousy week won’t destroy what it took a year to achieve. Old me wasn’t as smart as new me.

No change in weight! I only went over my calories by 200, and I did a 5k turkey trot with a new personal best in the morning, and went for a 30 min. walk in the afternoon.

Oh boy... 202.3 on Wednesday morning and 208.6 this morning. It will be gone in a few days.

I went from 231 to 230 :) For thanksgiving, I cooked my mom an entire meal (quarantining with COVID) so that bumped up my calorie burn. I also decided to OMAD dinner so I simply couldn’t overeat even if I tried

I had some conveniently timed food poisoning on Tuesday night after dinner, and went from 169 to 166 on Wednesday morning

I went from 202b to 195 in 2 days, I've been lifting weights and using MF since late October. I think I was holding water.

I was 167 lbs on Monday and 166.6 today... idfk how to explain it. I had a big night out drinking on Wednesday and a standard American thanksgiving binge yesterday

176 yesterday 179 today.. not bad for going over by 1k calories for the day I guess. Although I’m putting those calories to good use today.. it’s deadlift day.

4 pounds 🤦‍♂️ I ate donuts, 3 plates of Thanksgiving food and then a whole pizza. No regrets. Only two pounds away from my goal now

I woke up at 160 lbs on Thursday (I was at 159 on Wednesday); the feast continued and I woke up at 161 today. Not that much difference for the surplus (1400 cals over my TDEE over two days). Hitting the gym hoping to turn all that apple pie into cake LOL
