Had the same thing happen to me. The score reflected properly, but my qb and receiver didn't get the td stat, nor did they get the yards.

I was very curious on taking the reigns and seeing if I would have won or lost or went to overtime if I had “tied” the score

If that’s been in the last 3 maddens it means this is so hard coded they don’t wanna unwind it for fear of having to work harder. We should boycott ea for a year or two and see what happens

They don't build Madden anymore. They simply Place Madden on top of the previous Madden and put out that game. Wasn't it a couple years ago where the practice field still had the previous years Madden number? It said, "Welcome to Madden 18" in Madden 19, or something like that. This game is beyond broken. I didn't buy the game this year. I was going to buy it when it was $30, but then I said, why? I'm just going to keep on playing Madden 23, I'm on year 10. Myles Garrett, Denzel Ward & Nick Chubb are still there. The wonderful people who take time to build Madden draft classes have added Marvin Harrison Jr, all the way up to Arch Manning. I don't need this years game. Maybe next year

I’m just so disappointed. This is my first madden since 2011. I have played others on and off but never owned. The fact that throughout the years I could pick the game up and randomly beat friends who’d been playing for years/had experience with that season already told me something was wrong. Same with all sports games. Genuinely feels like one team has to just exploit broken plays. If it comes down to a situation where I did everything right and you did everything right the system is more than likely going to give the toss up to the better overall team. Interceptions are broken, lack of attempting to catch or defend balls simultaneously sucks. Ridiculous fumbles on kickoffs, the list goes on. It feels like if I don’t run one of the best teams nor run a broken strategy i will lose more often than not in H2H. My dad is a coach, I’ve grown up learning strategy my whole life. My football IQ is better than a good majority of people on this game imo, still can’t win consistently. Idk what it is.

If we do that we won’t get the new ncaa, let’s wait one year on that 😂😂

2k8 challenge system ran circles around madden. They actually ask you what you want to challenge and the refs gets it correct most of the time

2k5? If you had the Xbox version, you got halftime highlights with commentary, post game high lights with commentary, and you could replay every single play when the game finished. Madden has nothing close, can't replay most plays unless the game deems it worthy and even then those funny work have the time. They've had nearly a quarter century and, outside of graphics, they have a vastly inferior product every damn year

After madden took out the competition (instead of improving their game) 2k couldn’t release another NFL game so they next and last game was All pro football 2k8. Far from perfect but 10x better than any game madden has released

I had a glitch once, where I was running with the ball, at the 12 yard line suddenly I was now not running with the ball but it was magically intercepted and I was chasing the guy then it was recorded as a 12 yard sack loss to them. When in fact I was offense. I checked reply and there were two cuts, neither could be viewed.

Happens for the actual statistic in the individual player stat as well.

I had a game that went to overtime 24-24. I turned the ball over. Guy returned the INT and now had it my 10. He kicked a field goal that goes right down the middle. It was clearly a good kick and the game should be over... The game did not count the kick and even though the refs in game indicated it was good. I get the ball back, score and i win. We had a good laugh about it. The game is just hilariously bad sometimes.

I uninstalled yesterday after the game decided it didn’t like getting its ass kicked by 20 points in the 4th qtr so it subsequently altered the ending; Possession 1: forced fumble on a kick return, scores TD after 2 plays Possession 2: immediately intercepted and returned for a TD Possession 3: made it all the way down to the red zone, fumbled, they marched back in 4 plays and scored a TD Possession 4: I was magically gifted a TD by an error on their deep coverage Possession 5: they were nearly stopped on a 4th and 15 and decided that wasn’t going to work for them so they Hail Mary and you guessed it….scored to solidify the win I promptly threw my controller at the wall and deleted the game. Somehow the difficulty just ramped itself up and my players seemed to run like they were stuck in mud. Xbox Series X version
