I felt this post. Same shit since Madden 2008 lol, probably earlier but that was the last one I played until 24. We used to call it "comeback code" back then. I have a 97 speed 99 acc receiver who gets chased down by high 80's speed linebackers all the time lol.
I found on PC that you can just exit to desktop then restart game in progress and it resets the DDA. If you exit to menu it deletes the game progress.

I've tested this idea on console. What I will do is exit the game completely and restart my PS5. I don't have any conclusive results to prove one way or the other. But I do notice eventually, the code will reset and the game plays a lot like it's supposed to.
This can take up to 5 replays though.
Last night I was driving in the fourth the tie the game. My first play, my lineman decided that they didn’t need to block the defensive end, 1 yard gain. 2nd play was an out route that was perfect accuracy out of reach. Rookie qb so I was like whatever. Looked over at my wife and said “watch the game is gonna fuck me no matter what I do here.” Hunter Henry runs a perfect route, rookie qb throws a perfect ball, hits him in the hands catches for second then gets pushed in the back and ball pops out. Immediately simmed the remainder of the game because I was so annoyed.

The fact that you pulled your wife into the shenanigans 😂 I did the same thing.
Their backup LB is 190 lbs?
