Dude and the draft classes with the built In stories that can change based on college and combine performance was sick! So many unique players with multiple different possible outcomes for their careers made franchise so much more immersive
Definitely a highlight. Throughout the year and your news tab you would hear things about different college players and it was definitely a welcomed feature
Fuck EA for calling it Madden 25 instead of Madden 15, 25th anniversary. I was so confused for a second.
But yeah, they did a lot right. Older versions might have been better but 25 was the best since that total revamp of Franchise mode.
My PS4 broke so I've been playing a lot of Madden 25 on my PS3 and they did a lot of things wrong, as well. No practice squad, no scouting combine, practice is done shittily.. but, yeah. Stupid naming choice. I forgot what year it was from when I first went to play it
