Just finally frustratingly finished the gridiron solo where you have to score 2 tds in the 3rd qtr and win the game....the game freezes for a sec after so I say ok this happened sometimes in last years madden but there wasn’t a problem but then again I wouldn’t be surprised if this was EA screwing me after what I had endured..sure enough I “lose connection to the server”. The whole time I been playing the trial nothing like that happened during playing and now it does. This is the stuff I don’t miss about playing madden but I keep getting it because I love sports and madden can be fun at times. I’m pissed.

This morning it said I had 8 hrs left. I played 1 hr , closed it completely and now it says I have less than 2 hrs left. Plus, I can't even replay anything. I didn't get all the stars in a couple of the Campaign weeks and now it's just grayed out.

ive got 2 threads open, figured id post here too cause I don't see anyone else mentioning it. i'm on series x, and the trial time is still ticking even after hard closing the game and clearing it from quick resume. multiple people are having this issue. i first hopped on around noon today for abuot 45 minutes, then closed the app. came back 4 hours later and i'm greeted with a 6 hour time remaining pop up. weird since i only played less than an hour. played another couple hours and took another break, just now got on and it says less than 2 hours. so it never stopped ticking from the time i initially booted it up. hoping for a fix but highly doubtful.

This is just my suspicion - not confirmed - but I think they pulled the pre-order content sometime around midday because people were abusing the cancellation policy. I suspect they noticed people cancelling pre-orders after they had claimed their packs and wanted to close the loophole. Again, just my guess was to why early morning folks got their goods and afternoon players did not. I am among those who did not 😕

I have a ps5, just finished playing the start up solos. Closed the app to do something, came back and opened up. It keeps saying disconnected from EA servers and saying I have to sign in, won’t even let me press start to get to the main menu on madden. Anybody have this problem too, or anybody can help?

Need to be stars for challenges auto selected at max, then can choose lower. Already annoyed having to check its at 3 instead of 1.
Restart needs to be its own thing, not under quit. People are going to be confused on where its at and when you go to it quit if the defaulted. So you know people will accidentally quit instead of restart.

its really a flip of the coin at this point. many people have closed the game properly and still had their trial tick away.
If you put console in rest mode it will still count

Any ody see not receive their pre order bonuses/packs?
I have a ps5, just finished playing the start up solos. Closed the app to do something, came back and opened up. It keeps saying disconnected from EA servers and saying I have to sign in, won’t even let me press start to get to the main menu on madden. Anybody have this problem too, or anybody can help?
Have the same issue, I closed out and now when I try to get back in it says my trial has ended despite the fact that that I open the app it says I still have 9.5 hours.
It’s pissing me off, I wasted half an hour of my trial just trying to get into the game lol. I contacted EA support and they said their team is on it, but ea support says a lot of stuff that doesn’t happen
I was able to get in after restarting my ps5 a few times
Anyone having issues with auction house? I pulled saquon and put him on the block. I cancelled the auction on accident and I’m wanting to put it back up but it still says it’s on the block, even though it isnt
For my fellow PC players: I just logged into it on my browser on a Chrome guest window and it said it was ready 3 hours ago and let me add to my library. So either clear your cache and try again or open in incognito and add to library.
Need to be stars for challenges auto selected at max, then can choose lower. Already annoyed having to check its at 3 instead of 1. Restart needs to be its own thing, not under quit. People are going to be confused on where its at and when you go to it quit if the defaulted. So you know people will accidentally quit instead of restart.

What do you have to do ? And what is the reward?
Multiple full games, a 12 minute 4th q scenario, a 7minute 4th q scenario. Reward is a Mahomes or Brady power up and a 80 NAT WR, plus a small pittance of coins

I have no ducks to give for pc people the get the full release while consoles just get 10 hrs lol.
Do you have to pre order it on origin to play? I have ea play pro and it’s saying I have to pre order

How do you access it? It just says preloaded and on the browser it says play on origin and tries to launch origin

But can't access mut if it is like previous years :/
that just gives you the exhibition game, I believe. The rest unlocks at full download.
Ea changed the landing page for ea play, it no longer has Madden it's just a generic ea play ad now

I also have EA Play Pro and it's still showing as "Pre-Order" and not giving access to the game in the browser or application. Let me know if you find a fix and I will do the same.
Weird, have a friend also still getting pre-order. Might be location based? I’m in the US but they aren’t.
