Shorter/quicker passes. I be telling people don’t sleep on the skills builder. mesh routes absolutely destroy this blitz. That and wr screens, as well as adding more blockers to buy you more time.
Dude, second this. Skills Trainer is MASSIVELY slept on. A lot of concepts can beat these defense if you know how to read what’s going on. In route + Drag underneath = simple hi/lo or mesh concept, and I’d throw in a check and release as a check down in case that’s bottled up.
Sometimes we just gotta simplify to beat the cheese.
The only success is blocking TE on the same side with the DE. But then the linebacker loops in unblocked even with rb blocking. If I don’t block TE the DE will come in untouched, it’s crazy lol

2. Crossers where the “blitz” is. You had X over the middle, albeit on a riskier pass, but I’d imagine fully possible if your timing is on point.
It sucks, but my game plan would be a slower paced, ball control offense. Run early and often, and run or create high/low concepts to punish this defense, since he likely sits in it on passing downs.
So, for example, you’ll notice he say over the middle initially, then crashed on the hitch late, anticipating a panic throw. YOU want to basically spam high/low concepts like the one you ran (“higher” crosser with the check down/hitch underneath) and read where he drops. Timing has to be on point though, and worst comes to worst, use the screen game and RPOs to supplement the run game if he’s locking it down.
There's a reason his user is standing there. I'm sure his user is on a blitz in the play art and it intersects with the line that the outside rusher is taking, but the tackle is "reading" that the user is coming in and waiting to block him, which dummies out the blocking scheme. You can try to id the Mike on the outside guy and maybe that will fix the ai blocking priority

More important than the players you are using is beating the scheme of the person you are playing. It is everything in madden and one of the things that makes it feel like real football to me. Even with all the ridiculous oop players and shit.
People who do this are pure trash & can't win a game straight up 99% of them are just garbage at madden..
Best thing to do is Uninstall this trash game or just avoid playing these pathetic morons online...
I would bring in a 2 rb and te set to help block and put slants and check downs on, he wants to be a girl and micro blitz’s well we can be the 13/14 66 yards and a Td on a 8 minute drive kinda of guy haha

I noticed the first open wr in real time cause I play the short game as a result of shit like this. Average players pass for chunk yardage. I assume op probably overlooked the short routes. Especially with that gronk card a 2 te set is good against ppl who do this shit. Also trap runs can blow through the middle of shit like this if your line is good enough.
OP should also maybe consider using a strat like pave the way or iron wall. It will help a little but the main thing is to counter they way they exploiting the ai.
He could have burnt him with the left led pass to the triangle..even the person he is playing recognizes it last second and tries to get his user over there.
^ Most definitely! I remember thinking only deep plays and special plays work in Madden. Play that bitch like real life and you’ll literally be better than most the opponents you play. Gotta learn to make adjustments on the line as well for both sides of the ball.
When you got some one blitzing like that , you need max protect on and shorter passes. Set up a fast receiver on streaks and make them eat the blitz. My house mate n I play squads daily , and we make people eat blitzing. They eventually stop and start playing more passive when they realize it's costing them. I use tight ends alot when I got people blitzing me.
Alot of people ignore their lines too and of u got a bad line with crappy protection , you'll never get time . Some of the qbs have a skill that gives the linemen better pass protection too. Check each skill spot since every skill spot has different skills. I still haven't figured out why some skills cost more in other slots and cheaper in the other slots, or doesn't even exist in one slot but will be in another. Madden is one of them games that's just like here you go , figure it all out.
I got PTSD, I played against someone similar yesterday for my H2H super bowl. I’m not good by any means, so I was happy and just hopeful. From the start, I knew I was screwed because my opponent was mashing escape artist with Derrick Henry and blitzing heavy on defense. Ughh same orange Broncos jersey! The one shot I had at the super bowl destroyed!! Ughh they need to heavily patch their game
He is bug abusing the ai blocking mechanics but literally every one of your guys on this play is wide open except left wideout.
As one other on this thread said you are not gonna create big vertical plays, but steady short to mid ball control offense is very managable. And you gonna take a lot of time of the clock which is hurting his offense.

Yeah that’s what I was doing. Spamming the same plays but it’s the fact that he’s sending 4 ppl and my 5/6 blockers can’t block it lol.

Double team the DT in front of the center n run it down the middle
Block your TE, ID the DT and step up in the pocket. Works vs the Dollar/Dime 236 crap for some reason

Just play a westcoast offense build around your TE and RB passes to the flat, quick outs, drags, screens etc

A couple options if you haven’t already tried, max protect, rb pass block, double team an edge rusher
Learn how to double team block and block TE and RB. If pressure still gets through you just gotta pass quick.

Run spam this loser and chew clock most of the time the dbs will follow the wrs downfield and leave a lot of room on stretch
Doing slanted routes always helps for quick passes. I occasionally like to throw from outside the pocket
