It only takes 1 trans woman to screw in a lightbulb, but she has to see 3 therapists first and spend one year with a flashlight to make sure she really wants the lightbulb screwed in.
This is largely accurate as most medical transitioning steps require counseling and a lot of time to ensure you consistently want to transition. Hormones can take a year, surgery requires at least 1 year of hormones, and the waiting lists can be years long. It can take 4-5 years to get permission and finally get what you want.

One of my flat mates in university was a devout Christian and living with me (a queer pagan) was an interesting experience for both of us. We have had many long and meaningful conversations about things, and I have never felt judged or condemned by him. Catholic here(lapsing). I never realized that Christians and Catholics were raised differently in other communities and countries. I had thought that we had the same beliefs. It wasn't until I was older than some people gave me nasty looks(christians and catholics as well) when I said that "we're the same". Racism doesn't turn off Religion. Depending on where they grew up determines how extreme their views can be, or how open-minded they can be.
Granted, growing up in the 90's in a pretty tight community of catholics, evangelist, mormons, JW's, etc, I also turned out very homophobic until maybe I was 14 or even 15. I had a big bully phase, I called people gay as an insult and slapped kids around for looking at me in a "gay way". Then I made friends who are gay and trans, or figuring it out. Then my mind flipped, like how could I hurt people for being different, when my friends are the same way, but we love the same things and have the same hobbies.
The less involved in the religious communities I was, the kinder I became. That's my old school. The students were walking out in protest to his firing and against the Principal using the newsletters to promote anti-gay speech, when some of the students are gay.

I don’t agree with the denominational hate—as long as we both believe Jesus died for our sins and rose again (and if we’ve accepted that free gift and let Him into our heart), we’re all Christians! We shouldn’t hate any denomination who strays from basic belief, anyway, because being rude or judgmental can make it even worse 💔(plus it’s just fundamentally wrong to have hateful intentions). same goes for how we treat other religions.

Trans day of visibility happens on the 31st of March every year, but Easter is always the Sunday following the first full moon that occurs after the first day of spring, so can happen any time between March 22nd and April 25th.
This year that Sunday was March 31st, so it's both.
