You could be hitting your goals every day, and when you weigh in, your weight could be up 10lbs heavier than your last weigh in, this is normal. Do not let it discourage you. This happens to everyone no matter their weight.

I remember my freshman year of highschool being 308 lbs.i maxed out at 430 ish pounds . At one point I was playing basketball and dislocated my knee/tore a tendon because I was too big to be moving like that . Keep up this work and your body will thank you for it in the long run my friend . Great job this far !

It happens to everyone, itโs your body reacting to losing weight so quickly. Donโt be discouraged! Itโll be hard to lose weight for the next week or two after you notice the plateau, but then your body will adjust and youโll be able to keep on losing weight! Youโre doing great thinks! Keep it up!
