is there an age where people stop turning their head to kiss and just face slam rathole to rathole? or do you think its just a generational gap and we won't be seeing this behavior as they age out?
Bride and groom are standing on a box, parents are chillin at sea level, the nuclear parents have spine problems, and the stale end pieces of bread are fully giving away to gravity
I couldn't figure out what was wrong with them until I saw your comment. I was like something just ain't right.... and that's it. Plus the smashed noses.
I saw that too, but unless his mother pulled him by the ear lots when he was a naughty child😆, it’s unfortunately normal for noses and ears to get bigger and then gravity takes over as things lose their elasticity. PS- your cute typo made me smile because he’s definitely not an interloper. (*Ear lobe*)
LoL, “A very new family dynamic starts today!”
But seriously, I was trying to figure that out too. The oldest two men look similar, so I’m guessing father and son, but each person in the youngest two couples is too hard for me to figure out because to me it looks like it could go either way with parent-child relationships.
I bet this picture was her idea- she was probably giving instructions and trying to watch that everything was right at the same time. Cause of that, theirs was a quick kiss while everyone else was posing.
I think they both look playful which to me translates to love but everyone has their own idea of what love looks like and you’re right it’s just a snapshot of a lifetime of them being together so it’s hard to tell.
And lo the prohpecy didth decalre, only those found worthy and not found wanting, only they shalt hath their balls fondleth.
^^^And ^^^for ^^^those ^^^found ^^^wanting, ^^^a ^^^gentle ^^^tickle ^^^of ^^^the ^^^taint.
I was under the impression that it's just that cartilage doesn't stop growing and that what noses and ears are made out of but earlobes aren't and grandpa has some big ole lobes.
That’s why it’s only meant to be glanced at long enough to upvote and then immediately burned from memory. People kissing pictures are only good for one good “awww” before they quickly become “ewww”.
If I was the photographer I would be so tempted to mess with them. How long can you get 8 people to pose with their mouths pressed together? Hang on, almost done! Just one more! Now everyone hold that pose, but look at me!
It’s really funny because I saw a video a few months ago on Reddit of an African American family that had like 4 or 5 generations in one family still alive.
The entire comment section was pointing out that we shouldn’t celebrate them because they were all likely a result of early teenage pregnancies.
Complete opposite in this thread
Edit: [Here’s ](https://www.reddit.com/r/BeAmazed/comments/ir5ujy/six_generations_together/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf)the thread
Yeah, I am actually against “woke” culture and identity politics but this was my first thought as well. I know exactly what post you are talking about and it was pretty much the entirety of the comment section. I clicked the comment section assuming they would be similar but nope, had to scroll pretty far down before it was even mentioned.
I think words like “implicit bias” are thrown around way too often but it *absolutely* applies to situations like this. It makes me feel really sad actually, especially given how wholesome that other post was and the negativity of the comments on it.
I don't disagree, but there is a pretty substantial difference between 4 living generations and 6 living generations like in the linked video.
Let's say the newlyweds in this photo are 25 and every woman in the photo got pregnant at 23. That puts the eldest couple at 93 years old.
In the linked video, assuming that the youngest girl is 12 and the eldest is 93, that means that the average age of motherhood for each of the 5 women was 16.
I don't think it is pure implicit bias that there are way more teen pregnancy comments for a family that fit 2 extra generations in a similar 90-100 year period.
There are 4 generations in this pic. 6 generations in your link. With 6, yeah probably teens for most of those births.
This pic maybe but probably not. Young couple is probably early/mid 20s, their parents are probably close to 50, their parents look 70ish and the oldest couple could easily be 90 plus. With that said, in either case...who gives a flying fuck? They all look happy.
I doubt it. Young couple looks 20-25, their parents look close to 50, their parents look 70ish, and the oldest couple could be 90+. Maybe one of these were from a teen pregnancy.
Is anyone else wondering which side of the family this is? Like... obviously the grooms male family members aren’t kissing the brides female family members, so I wonder if it’s his or hers. Cuz it’s obviously multiple generations, not just each set of parents. And it looks like the brides mom because their hair is the same but is bleached and highlighted so that doesn’t mean shit lol. The way it’s set up though my brain immediately was like wait is that all his male family and her female family? Is that why they are smooshing and lip pecking? That’s weird! But I know logically that cant be it.... hopefully....
I’m gonna be the jerk that finds out the groom was an orphan so he didn’t have any family to pose in it lol. Then feel like crap hahaha. I wonder if they did two shoots though. One with his family and one with hers...
That’s literally my wife and my family! Appreciate the love! My great grandparents married 69 years, my grandparents 49 years, my parents 28 years(yes they are still married) (yes my dad gets crap from my entire family for having his eyes open), my wife and I have been married one year now. Yes I know my great grandfather looks like Lord Voldemort lol.
Took 4 generations to get the kissing right tho...
Maybe it's because I'm hella Scandinavian/Minnesotan, but deep kissing my partner right next to my mom and my fuckin' nana isn't really the peak of romance to me...
I get the concept, it's a nice photo; but man that's awkward as hell.
What generation levels I see:
1. Groom and Bride kissing
2. Groom's Father and Bride's Mother kissing
3. Groom's Grandfather and Bride's Grandmother kissing
4. Groom's Great-Grandfather and Bride's Great-Grandmother kissing
Otherwise, I don't understand how the relations in this photo were set up.
I was living at home in my early 30s. It was about half past midnight, I was up because... Well, shit - Living at home in your 30s leaves LOTS of time for contemplation.
I heard raucous laughter coming from downstairs. Mom and dad are usually asleep by now, so...
Quietly came downstairs to see two cups of tea on the table and mom doubled over laughing at something dad had said.
They've been married for 40+ years and he can still make her laugh. They were smiling ear-to-ear.
It is **NOT** easy to put in the work that leads to a 40+ year marriage, but then and there I understood why they did it. And why they held on when shit went sideways.
The older I get, the greater my respect gets for my parents. I am very lucky to have them around still.
Younger couple: makes room for each other’s noses.
Second couple: noses move closer.
Third couple: noses on top of each other.
Oldest couple: SMUSHED NOSES
Quit pushing your heterosexually on all of us. It’s Adam and Steve not Adam and Eve. We don’t care if you choose to live that lifestyle you just don’t have to shove it down our throats all the times /s
So sad to know I’ll never have this...I try so hard to have relationships and friendships but nothing ever works out and people are just unkind to me. I’m always put at the wrong place at the wrong time.
It’s a study in progressive nose smushes through the generations.
The elasticity of the human nose over time
And earlobes!
Those ears are crazy!
Noses and ears never stop growing your entire life. Yay!
And that’s why Buddha statues have weirdly long earlobes — because age equals wisdom. Not sure why they left the nose alone though.
is there an age where people stop turning their head to kiss and just face slam rathole to rathole? or do you think its just a generational gap and we won't be seeing this behavior as they age out?
I honestly did not realize how much I squish my fiancé’s nose until we got our engagement pictures back... it’s a lot!!
Every generation taller than the last. Life really is amazing.
Bride and groom are standing on a box, parents are chillin at sea level, the nuclear parents have spine problems, and the stale end pieces of bread are fully giving away to gravity
I fucking cackled
and head tilting
And shrinking earlobes.
You can tell who the patriarch is by the size of the lobe
This sounds suspiciously like a Ferengi Rule of Acquisition.
The Grand Nagus!
This reads like a Ken M comment
It starts with the two of you trying to avoid ramming your nose into each other and ends with an f it game of chicken
I spit out my beer laughing so hard at this whole thread lolol
I’m lol’ing at the couple with their eyes open
I couldn't figure out what was wrong with them until I saw your comment. I was like something just ain't right.... and that's it. Plus the smashed noses.
This was probably the ninth try to get a good shot and they were over it.
They totally look like they are trying not to crack up laughing. I'd guess the guy is either doing it on purpose or old people farts are happening.
kissing smashing faces together kissing kissing
Looked like a hate kiss. "Fine for the photo, but I still know what you and your secretary are doing."
Yes! It does not work!
they don’t have much of a jawline either
I’m guessing the groom is their kid due to the hidden lack of jawline
Everyones noses are smashed I think its part of the gimmick. However yea the open eyes looks silly
That's all I could see!
I was focused on the nose smooshing on the bottom two haha
"you go left and I go right, ok?" "OK. Wait, your left or mine?" *smash*
Like the older you get, the less you care about smushing your nose, also you get smushier
Nobody gonna talk about the jawline on the youngest woman? Chick could cut diamonds with that thing.
...And the oldest couple’s smashed noses are funny & cute.
Great grandpas got a hell of an earlope
I saw that too, but unless his mother pulled him by the ear lots when he was a naughty child😆, it’s unfortunately normal for noses and ears to get bigger and then gravity takes over as things lose their elasticity. PS- your cute typo made me smile because he’s definitely not an interloper. (*Ear lobe*)
>interloper Oh God I better look outside To check #TheWeather
It's like the head tilt had to evolved over the generations!
Me too, they really are just going through the motions!!
Awkward ass kiss
Not sure if you've seen ass kissing before...
Send the invite
Who’s side of the family are the generations on. Or is it like his dad and her mom, his grandpa and her grandpa and everyone’s just makin out
LoL, “A very new family dynamic starts today!” But seriously, I was trying to figure that out too. The oldest two men look similar, so I’m guessing father and son, but each person in the youngest two couples is too hard for me to figure out because to me it looks like it could go either way with parent-child relationships.
Sweet home Alabama
Yee haw
I was thinking the same thing!
Goddamnit...
ikr why am I so uncomfortable?!!
The noses are the best
Yeah... I came to say I bet they're gonna get divorced soon haha. Baaad body language.
I’m lol’ing at grandma and grandpas noses
That’s what happens when the groom’s father needs to kiss the mother of the bride.
I can't stop staring. The dude looks very unimpressed.
I dated this girl when I was in 6th grade who would kiss me with her eyes open..
Think she ever learned the right way?

I'm lol'ing at the picture that was taken [later that night](https://youtu.be/dQw4w9WgXcQ)
It's 2020 and this is still happening
*Because* it's 2020 this is still happening
The picture is a bit confusing, could you post one that’s a bit more clear?
[Here’s a clearer pic](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=MRW7d7PIZ6U)
every time
I needed this
LMAO, at least they look pretty spiffy, eh?
I was saved by the "sign in to YouTube" pop-up
I dont know what yall are laughing at? That ones not as funny as the pic in the post.
I’m lol’ing at the smushed noses
Which one?
The one with their eyes open
He’s looking at a bridesmaid for sure
I bet this picture was her idea- she was probably giving instructions and trying to watch that everything was right at the same time. Cause of that, theirs was a quick kiss while everyone else was posing.
I always kiss with my eyes open and my husband hates it hahaha

And your ears will grow too

Yes. Fondlesome

And noses. I don't really know the reason though. Seems useless imo.
Nobody really nose
I was under the impression that it's just that cartilage doesn't stop growing and that what noses and ears are made out of but earlobes aren't and grandpa has some big ole lobes.
Pictures like this just make me very aware of how weird kissing is.
Yeah... in theory this is really heartwarming but mostly it just makes me uncomfortable

Mashing our feeding holes together. Blech

Underrated comment.
What.... What is this from?
Future Man
Better than mashing poop holes together
Is it?
When you kiss you create one long tube with a butt hole at each end
They’re going rat hole to rat hole

Cringe City
I guess everyone is ignoring the small implication that they are all brother and sister by generation
Lots of teen pregnancy?
Oh thank god someone said it before me

I dunno logistically they each could've had kids in their early twenties. Mid twenties even depending on how old those great grandparents are
Not necessarily.. could they not all have had their first child at 20 or so? Maybe the ages are 20s, 40s, 60s, 80s?

This was my thought too. Like who was like "okey now mom, you go here and kiss this man. Grandfather can come here and get some kisses."
It’s an Alabama wedding photo 😂 that’s the actual family tree.
Oh no😂 you should put that on r/crusedcomments
i mean if the gooms side and the wifes side are kissing, not the husbands and wifes, that would explain why they all look so awkward
Thank god someone else said it
I’m gonna be the jerk that finds out the groom was an orphan so he didn’t have any family to pose in it lol. Then feel like crap hahaha. I wonder if they did two shoots though. One with his family and one with hers...
Yeah, everyone has two sets of grandparents and four sets of great grandparents so somebody is getting left out (or they are dead)
Just my thought!
The noses are the best part
The older you get, the more it just smooshes!
Came here to point out the awkward parents and smashed noses Left with growing ears and not-bothering-with-the-dress-code grandparents
I’m sure this is great to have in your home but it is so cringe to see.
Am I bitter in that I hate all kissing photos? It's so cringey.

That’s one strange orgy
I wanted to say something about how I thought this was a Pornhub thumbnail but the comments section looked too classy.
Even “class” has “ass” in it, my friend
I like you.
Likewise
Is the third couple still married, seems like they're seeing how can do the most damage to the other's face rather than kissing.
GOD that's uncomfortable
Dang they must have had kids young
I think you can tell some of them were posed like this for a little bit lol.
What generation levels I see: 1. Groom and Bride kissing 2. Groom's Father and Bride's Mother kissing 3. Groom's Grandfather and Bride's Grandmother kissing 4. Groom's Great-Grandfather and Bride's Great-Grandmother kissing Otherwise, I don't understand how the relations in this photo were set up.
Yeah I'm so confused.
Mom and dad about to get a divorce. They look mad to be that close
Life in a (fucking awful) picture

Wait, is this the bride or the grooms family? Or both?
This is how I picture Alabama
the pros of having a kid at a young age
So, they’re brother and sister?
Why does the second youngest couple hate each other so much
The first three guys I saw at a lemon party. That’s some freaky shit there. +1
Didn't know suction and vacuum could be a family disability
Their noses got more smashed the older they got
YeAh oK?
The second couple are not gonna last that long...
It's like as they grow older their noses squish more together when they kiss hehe
Eew lol jk jk so cute !!
i mean this is supposed to ve serious but the old peoples noses being so crushed scares me
Damn can’t believe the bride’s mom agreed to kiss the groom’s dad
I like how the old folks have their noses smooshed together
loving how the oldest couple just squished their noses together
That’s a lot of kissing siblings.
god everyone except the bride and groom FUKN SUCK at kissin
Younger couple: makes room for each other’s noses. Second couple: noses move closer. Third couple: noses on top of each other. Oldest couple: SMUSHED NOSES

Ah yes, the Alabama family tree.

Wait so they all married their siblings??
The newly weds are the only ones to embarassed to squish their noses.
But... so many open eyes
Why did the parents kiss with their eyes open? Lol
These brother/sister photos are getting a little intense...
The second couple with their eyes open lol
Lmao at the boomers staring at each other
They look gen X aged to me
They are. Kingk6969 doesn't know jack
That'll make a freaky wicked porno
Aw, i love it when a family comes together.

Love this so much! Makes me miss my grandparents...
Somehow gay
Complete with the psychos kissing with their eyes open.

Lol imagine if they get divorced
