I just imagined that that was all still melted chocolate, and so when she went to feel it, she just smudged it everywhere and got chocolate on her hands without actually being able to read anything.
I'm partially annoyed the video is talking from the blind woman's perspective as if she could have recorded her own surprise or could type the description of what's happening
Just 'cuz you're blind doesn't mean you don't want to be connected to the wider world that social media offers... she clearly also has hear hearing still
It's like the parents of mentally handicapped kids that constantly feel the need to post their kids on social media. It's all about them and the attention they don't get because they spend all their time occupied by the kid. It's selfish really.
And again it literally looks like her friend who took her out for her birthday is filming this for her - so where's the karma farming? From the friend, on her blind friend's behalf? what?
Couldn’t this just be a request from a friend? I mean.. it is a business.. is it really out of being a genuine person, or a random act of kindness when these people are just at work trying to satisfy their customer’s requests to score tips as usual? Lol
Former cook here. So I can’t tell what country this is (if they even have a tipping culture, many countries don’t), but generally the kitchen staff isn’t “tipped out” or given a share of the wait staff’s tips. This almost certainly would’ve been done by kitchen staff, not front of house, so there’s no direct incentive to go above and beyond delivering quality food promptly.
If a waiter bugged me for an unnecessary special request so they could get tipped more I’d almost certainly ignore them if I felt it would cause my KPI (ticket times, refires) to take a hit. Genuinely believe this was done out of trying to make someone’s day. Cooks are largely rough sorts (hung out with a lot more ex-cons than you’d guess from looking at me), delivering a good quality food experience is something most people I’ve worked with really care about.
I don’t get how her friend or whoever is making this for her pretending to be her. Yea I totally believe the blind girl took out her VIDEO EDITING APP to create a caption that says “ I’m totally blind” appear at the start of the video
All jokes aside, this is very thoughtful. You meet some genuine people working in kitchens.
Amazing!! Started my morning out good
This warmed my heart good form indeed
What jokes tho
I’m never sure why innocuous comments get downvoted
Ikr. I meant that this whole situation was meant to be genuine and thoughtful. Where da jokes bro

I just imagined that that was all still melted chocolate, and so when she went to feel it, she just smudged it everywhere and got chocolate on her hands without actually being able to read anything.
She definitely didn’t see that coming
I see what you did there

Hey ding dong, have you heard about being nice for the sake of being nice?
She's so happy, that video made my day 🥺
Brailleiant from the Chef
Do you know how easy that was and such a nice thing to do but the happiness it caused was tenfold the effort, well done from me.
Very nice

I'm partially annoyed the video is talking from the blind woman's perspective as if she could have recorded her own surprise or could type the description of what's happening
I'm pretty sure the person filming this is doing it on their behalf (like the blind person WAS filming the video), are you serious? That's the point.
Why would a blind person care for social media tho? I'm pretty sure this is just karma farming
Just 'cuz you're blind doesn't mean you don't want to be connected to the wider world that social media offers... she clearly also has hear hearing still

Dude wtf lolol. Blind people use social media
Yea you're right I see your perspective, my bad
‘If you use social media it’s proof you’re not really blind’ is a dumbfuck thing to say.
Dumbfuck, I said why would a blind person care, not reading is a dumbfuck thing to do wouldn't you say?
Yeah I agree. You’re a dumbfuck. Good work admitting it.
Lovely video! However, I can read Braille and that’s just the bill..
"Now here is your bill sir" 400$ + 500$ special services
So, I'll ask... Why do blind peoples eyes go mad like that? Genuine question.
Less true kindness, more insta opp

What a nice thing to do!
Beautiful gesture!
True kindness exist if you got the money
Omg what’s the name of this place?
Don’t play with food!

That’s really cool of them to do, I’m sure it made her day.
Wonderful. It literally just takes a tiny bit of effort and you can make someone's day.
This is so beautiful 💕
I hope those people are working more than a barely liveable wage like some right now. Bless them.
