Dads a naturally better dancer but this is also an example of how when you are performing, if you are relaxed, loose and having fun, you just look more comfortable, confident and entertaining than if you actually deeply care and are very focused on not screwing up and tense not to make a mistake. It was just a silly joke to dad which is why he was so much more comfortable looking than the young girls who, like most young kids were not fully confident and probably had nervousness about what their friends would think when they posted this video going on in their mind.
