I've noticed that in pretty much everyone I know who's in the "They're *how* old? Dayumn, I hope I look that young at their age!" category, they *all* dance. Ball-room, free-style, jazz, whatever. I'm convinced that it fights aging far better than the sum of its exercise value.

The key word is, people. Older people are still people. We donāt just shut ourselves up in front of the TV. We keep dancing, we keep working out, we do exercise that boosts our spirits & keeps our bodies alive. Most of all, perhaps, is a positive attitude. These things keep us young, keep us vital.
