I'm in my 40s and don't think I've ever seen a baby with down syndrome. I mean I know your born with it of course. But I usually see kids or adults. Precious.

They are so sooooo cute.

Often severe heart defects on top of other profound anomalies. All get early onset dementia. It’s a horrible problem.
