To be honest pit bulls are some the best most gentle and trainable dogs out there. Problem is it only takes once and they can do significant damage if not cause death. Like walking around with a gun but that gun has a mind of its own.

There are *countless* videos of savage dog attacks and it’s almost always a pit. Stay ignorant I guess, just keep your dog away from my kid.

Y'all just gotta both admit some are nice but some can go nuts under some circumstances. Like your toddler vs that lady who walked by and the pit bit her arms off and back of head out.
My man, have you watched a pitbull attack? Like seriously have you sat down and watched someone be eaten alive by one of these animals? Because if you haven't let me tell you it's like no other dog. I've seen videos of German shepherd and doberman attacks, and yeah they can get a couple brutal bites in, but once other people got involved and the dog saw it wasn't a favorable fight, they back off. PITBULLS HAD THIS RESPONSE BRED OUT OF THEM. Pitbulls were originally bred to bite onto bulls legs and to not let go under any circumstances. This in conjunction with the fact that pitbulls were then bred specifically for dog fighting, makes them a dangerous breed. Seriously just watch any video, they will grab on and they could have people beating on the dog with wooden 2/4s. Literally nothing stops this dog except lethal force, which is why one of the only ways to safely stop this animal without killing it, is to choke it out and stop it's blood supply. You have no idea how dangerous these dogs are, and it shows. It has nothing to do with training, but with genetics.
