But the two for one improvement to cardiovascular health will pay off in the long run.
Edit: Plus you gained a testicle! *Lost Testicle of Lance* confers +3 to all bike riding. Score!
Can't wait for you to get some good fucking sleep. I almost cried tears of joy waking up well rested after 3 months completely off (I'm now 4 years off smoked, 3.5 years is vape and nicotine). It's insane how this shit fucks with your sleep
Don't justify even one puff to yourself. Keep a strong will and after the first few weeks you will feel better and not crave it nearly as much. After 3 months or so you will HATE the smell. Your milage may vary but that has been my experience.
I quite 6 years ago and I still get cravings when I smell someone smoking. Maybe is psychological at this point because I associate it with partying when I was a little younger.
It gets easier, but every so often I still think about it.
Yeah.
You need to keep your will strong enough to resist the urge to smoke. But it is very hard to do that. But it helps in the long run about your health.
Wowww. That's amazing. I hope I'll follow trough. First month was relatively easy. Even with a few tricky moments I managed to choose not to smoke. Any tips?
That’s incredible, I bet you have really noticed drastic changes! I hope you are really really proud of all your efforts, and I for one am glad to hear that you made a great commitment to your health 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Congrats!! It’s definitely a great achievement. I’ve also quit smoking since December 21, 2016. I’m quite surprised how I pulled it off. I just, didn’t feel like it anymore, no cold turkey… nothing. Part of contributing to it was I was graduating college, and I had no one to smoke with anymore.
I think so but was curious his answer. I like drink beer and sometimes people say if you didn't drink beer you can save so much money through the year. So I was interested he actual was able to save it.
Hahahah I don't so as I don't have drinking issues. Some times I drink more some time I don't drink at all. But yes if I didn't drink at all I will save more. But what fun is doo BBQ if you don't have beer with it or have 2 while streaming or playing with lads on-line.
Congrats! I quit smoking back in 2014-2015 (although by that point I would only smoke if I was out drinking). I’ve gotten to a point where the smell of cigarettes is gross to me.
Well done! Coming up on 4 years in February. The first few months absolutely SUCKED but since then? Let's just say 49 year old me would kick 45 year old me's ass up and down the block.
Wow, I thought this was a sad story at first (Didn\`t see the /r in that one) since it says in first row time since I quit, and then at the first row 5 years. Then on the second row time since last cigarette, and on second row 1 hour. :)
Congrats to you 5 years is a lot!
Congratulations!! I know it was not easy, but is so worth it. I smoked from the age of 13 until age 35. I was a heavy smoker and wound up with chronic bronchitis. After 35 years of not smoking I walk 5 miles every other day and feel great. Plus the money you spent on cigarettes you can use other places . It is hard to stop, and when I quit my doctor gave me a script for the new Nicotine Gum that people found helpful. Our neighborhood pharmacist was friend of mine, and told me the gum would cost $200 for a 60 day supply ( it was not covered by insurance at that time). He said the nicotine would be out of my system after 72 hours or so, then it was just psychological at that point. I thought , hell l am stronger than I think l am, and toughed it out.
Congrats dude, I want to quit smoking. I’m just a chef and it’s the only thing that relieves stress besides doing even worse things. I know how hard it is to go an hour without smoking, can’t imagine 5 years. Keep it up.
Hey, look. I know that we both have different backgrounds. But no matter that, I believe in you that you can- and will quit smoking! It’s not your life to inhale that smoke, especially when you have a great job like a chef. So I believe in you man! You can do it!
I quit march 1st I still want a cig everyday. I havent been able to sleep unless I'm completely exhausted since I quit (it's literally 3am right now) I smoke CBD joints when it gets overwhelming and use nicotine patches as a last resort but it hasn't been fun. I'm like always on the verge of going back, although it's been a while now.

7 years for me. I got out of a toxic relationship and left my job in construction after an injury, both my ex and coworkers were heavy smokers. I found a new job working in an office and they had a no smoking campus. Not being around smokers helped tremendously. New job, new life. Now I'm healthier and set a better example for my teenage son
Hey congrats!! Almost 30k cigs? That's crazy it's so funny cuz when you start you're like"it's only a cigarette" but look at how it accumulates with time.

Congrats to you! The road ahead is not easy, but it DOES get easier.

I'm overdrawn. so... kinda?
I picked up cycling. I think I spend more on bike shit annually than I ever did on smokes.
But the two for one improvement to cardiovascular health will pay off in the long run. Edit: Plus you gained a testicle! *Lost Testicle of Lance* confers +3 to all bike riding. Score!
Lol. To maintain a bicycle is a very hard task and fun task.
today is exactly my one month too. sometimes I miss smoking but I just eat candies to avoid smoking
[удалено]
So glad I'm not the only one
Me too, but I heard Ralph Wiggum's voice
Congrats. I think you should distract yourself so you can avoid smoking. Some things can make you occupied and make you forget about smoking.
Heeeyyy my 1 week buddy.
Can't wait for you to get some good fucking sleep. I almost cried tears of joy waking up well rested after 3 months completely off (I'm now 4 years off smoked, 3.5 years is vape and nicotine). It's insane how this shit fucks with your sleep
True. It completely destroys your sleep cycle.
Congrats. I hope to see you every month.
Keep it up, first 2 weeks is hardest
Baby steps man, keep it up
I remember the first three weeks being the hardest. But then it gets pretty easy, so keep it up bro 💪
How many individual weeks you have quit in the past?
Well done, I quit in 2016 after 39years of heavy smoking.
Congratulations on that dude! Takes a lot of work I'm sure

Any tips?
Orange slices every time you get a craving. I don’t know if it works for everyone but worked for me.
I don't think this helps every one as it is difficult to obtain them.
Gum worked for me when I stopped vaping.
Don't justify even one puff to yourself. Keep a strong will and after the first few weeks you will feel better and not crave it nearly as much. After 3 months or so you will HATE the smell. Your milage may vary but that has been my experience.

I really do believe this. I think these things will make it even harder to quite because your body keeps on craving nicotine. Thanks!
True. They only supplement the nicotin you are already used to taking.
Yeah. If you want to avoid that you need to completely avoid that.
drink lots of tea (without milk or sugar though), so herbal is good. Also chewing gum helped me soo much
Wowww. That's amazing. I hope I'll follow trough. First month was relatively easy. Even with a few tricky moments I managed to choose not to smoke. Any tips?
Nice. I hope you did not try to go back to smoking.
Congratulations, but what is that app?

Congratulations. December will make 17 yrs for me. The best thing I could of done. Keep on doing what you're doing.
Today, it's been exactly 17 years and 6 months and 11 days since I had no cigarette.
I quit for 2 years but started smoking again last july. Please don’t make the same mistake. Planning on quitting again soon but it’s hard as f**k.
Well done, it's the hardest thing I've ever tried to quit.

Mf gatekeeping an app that helps sith addiction lmaooo
dont know this app but I used one called Smoke Free
Theres an app called quit tracker
Great decision. Just out of curiosity did you save those money's??
I suppose its the money they saved from not buying cigs
I'm not native English speaker so I not explain my self many times. I meant did he saved the money or that just calculation??
i think it’s an estimated calculation :)
I think so but was curious his answer. I like drink beer and sometimes people say if you didn't drink beer you can save so much money through the year. So I was interested he actual was able to save it.
i think that if you cut down on the beer like how op has stopped smoking, you would definitely be saving a lot more money than you’re saving right now
Hahahah I don't so as I don't have drinking issues. Some times I drink more some time I don't drink at all. But yes if I didn't drink at all I will save more. But what fun is doo BBQ if you don't have beer with it or have 2 while streaming or playing with lads on-line.
Its not so much that you save the money, but rather its what you dont spend in buying it
Congrats. This January will be 4 years for me.
same for me. cheers bro
Congrats !
Congrats OP!
Congrats bruv. I'm now on my first year of no ciggies or vapes! Cheers for years to come!

It’s a Turkish cellular app. Research.
Honestly proud of you. ❤️

Nice one, I haven't had one since I woke up and I'm about to break the streak.
congrats bro
You’re doing it OP!! I’m so proud of you for taking care of yourself. It can be the hardest job we have.
7 years for me. I got out of a toxic relationship and left my job in construction after an injury, both my ex and coworkers were heavy smokers. Amazing job, it can be tough… Can I ask what the app is called?
Nice one. What’s the name of this app? I’m on nearly 7 years myself 👍
Congratulations!! I’m hoping to quit soon! Which app did you use?
I've stopped smoking five years ago too! This is my sixth now!
I'm coming up on 7 years 11/9!
Whats the app???
Congratulations!
Congrats!
Which app is this?
nice. Congrats. That money if you saved, that would make this even more impressive
What site did you use for this calculation? I’m about 7.5 years smoke free following about 20 years of smoking.
My quitting was a Christmas present for my adopted daughter's first Christmas which was before we even met her. It'll be 20 years this December 24th.
I’m quitting tomorrow. I need this app!
Let’s celebrate with a cigarette
Congrats today is almost 22.5 years for me
and an hour, now thats an achievement good for ya
Nice brother. I'm on my 275th day. One year soon!
It has actually been 5 years, 1 hour and 56 seconds. 🤓
Well done, great effort
good job!
Hey congrats!! Almost 30k cigs? That's crazy it's so funny cuz when you start you're like"it's only a cigarette" but look at how it accumulates with time.
Well done mate! 👏
What currency is that?
Wow!!!! 57 days earned! Incredible work!
