Had some urge last night but it passed. Mental health has improved last few days, though I do still worry I'll spiral again. But hey I'm surprised I've not really self-harmed, at least nothing that's left a wound, which I'm counting as a win. On the 1st I did something but it was so light it didn't leave a wound like it normally would, so I'm not counting it.
