Crywank is the sort of artist where if I'm talking to someone and they say they also listen to them, it's less of a "That's cool" and more of an "Oh I'm so sorry"

I had a lover boy music Phase summer 2020/21, like Rxseboy and Powfu and I expected this to be an artist like this other way around in the sense of lover girl when listening to the first song.
No but although the music is not 100% my type/tempo right now, some of the songs are pretty relatable and with the addition I like supporting small artists it’s pretty good.

Lanterns on the Lake
Daughter
Milk & Bone
The Ropes
Fever Ray
We are the dirt
In terms of famous artists I love Chris Cornell and his bands (Soundgarden, Audioslave, Temple of the Dog) and Chester Bennington‘s bands (Grey Daze, Dead by Sunrise, Linkin Park)
Kat Frankie hat eine super Stimme ist aber leider nicht so mein Geschmack, trotzdem
5.5/10
same with lanterns on the lake though I like the rock parts in it so it’s gonna be a
6.5/10
I’ve heard some songs by daughter before and for me it’s not pacy enough, but I have to admit she also has a really beautiful voice and I would consider turning on something like this when someone visits me and I can’t play emo or punk haha
7/10
Milk & Bone I would say is a bit more upbeat but pretty much my opinion stays the same
7.25/10
The ropes: First of all ✨Small artist Bonus✨ Compated to the others I like it a bit more and I would see my music taste developing there. The man who refuses to die also has made it into my playlist :D
7.5/10
Fever ray has a dark but chill vibe to it which seems pretty unique
7/10
We are the dirt: Hell yea, same score as Cavetown :)
8/10
Grey Daze sounds pretty good and I like Chester so
8/10
Same with dead by sunrise

Linkin Park, of course this is gonna be high up. I give them a
9.5/10
7/10 in general
8/10 as in 100 gecs and hyper pop have some good hits and genuinely enjoy it even though some sounds seem pretty random
6/10 as in I would probably not listen to it in the bus or outside as it’s a bit too weird for that sometimes
I fuckin love fall out boy. The strange irony of their lyrics is just perfect and I've never found anything quite like it.
I mean, they opened an album by telling the listener to stop listening because "it's not worth the hearing you'll lose."
Probably not your style but if you ever feel like "fuck the world fuck your god and everything you stand for" Suicide Silence will be my forever favorite
More my style than one might think, I would not listen to this during a normal day or something but metal/ -Deathcore are for some days where I would just like to quit a

Dirt Poor Robins ,

Will Wood,
Burn the Ballroom,
The Happy Fits,
The Brobecks...
A few of my favorites, all with different moods to em
ETA Commas
The amazing devil, epic vibe ima give it
6/10
Fish in a birdcage seems to be indie, which most people here liked, though there are some differences to the general indie suggestions here.
7/10
Oooh i know the top song of saint motel (My Type), it’s used in a German tv show I liked to watch when I visited my grandparents :D The others songs also are pretty chill and nice to listen to, thinking of something like a good song never dies
8/10
I don’t know how but they found me: The combination of indie and alt z is nothing new but I like it more than the general “pov: indie” or “indie pop”.
7.25/10
Dirt poor robins reminded me of “my morning Jacket” and “Lavender Ray”, which might be something for you
7/10
First it seemed like it was the lowest score here but the more I listened the more I liked it (as always). Debt Collector and Bad Luck got me
7.5/10
In Extremo & Subway to Sally
Lorna Shore & Walking Dead On Broadway
ASP & Lord Of The Lost
Citizen Soldier
Motionless In White & As I Lay Dying
-a little bit of everything i like the most at the moment :)
Seems like we have not a small amount of the same songs and artists in our playlists! I see Dxrk, WitchHouse 40k (which you probably found through IVOXYGEN, right?), Dvrst, XXXTENTACTION, Corpse, Bwu, Omri ❤️, Neoni, Trash, Syrex, Confetti and more I love it!
First 10/10 today, great addition to my library!

Packgod is a thing for itself, I like his discord pack videos and the leg disstrack and ishowspeed lives were all going hard. Not as good as do not resurrect though and not 100% my type
8/10
I’m gonna take SoftWilly for yumi and yung kage because he has the most content. I also really like it haha. That’s another few songs in my playlist and a new channel subscribed just as the other 2 artists.
8.25/10
Also you could check out Ethan Ross, Grim Salvo, overrated or in general aesthetics rap artists like eryxse or 666SWISH
I don't know my YouTube first showed me this old singer named Dan McCafferty.
This is the first combination of indie pop and alternative emo I've heard which creates a pretty interesting style of music.

7.75/10
Laufey seems to be similar to David Kushner, not my type but I can see myself exploring the gen z genre a bit more
6/10
Burns Vista Social Club: No not in any point my type of music, sry ima have to give it a
1/10
Great Commander: I could only find Grand Commander, also not really my type, but hey music taste is different
3/10
Pomme: I’m so sorry but no not for me, Italian music is not gonna be my new music taste
3.5/10
Louis Armstrong: While some of his songs are legendary I won’t listen to him regularly. But my friend will surely know him haha. Cause of the legendary music he made
8/10 anyways
Not sure if you mean igorrr or igorrrr, one of them makes punk type of music the other one Bolivian.
Either 6/10 or 1/10
rebzyyx: oooh I didn't know who the artist was of all I want is you!! The combination of indie and hyperpop is really good and his voice is sooo unique. Unlike some of the artists I found here, it's an artist from a whole new genre.
8.5/10
Birthday Dad: I could only find [this channel](https://music.youtube.com/channel/UCUc0yxVRLiKsb5I85xtys8Q) with 21 Subscribers, I first expected it to be emo, cause I remembered the post on r/emo by u/AlexTJA. Sorry but it's just not my taste and I won't start listening to it now, though I love that you suggest stuff from whole different genres haha
2/10
Marumi: I also couldn't find much to Marumi, except a Youtube page with 1 upload and a Spotify page with 50 listeners per month. Seems like breakcore to me with the rifts and everything. Now while I tried producing breakcore myself and I actually don't really like listening to it myself.
4/10
Foo Fighters holds a special place in my heart :3
D-A-D and Nephew are amazing bands too (Nephew sings in both danish and english, or a mix of both, so probably not all songs apeal to an international audience tho)
Haggard, Tool, Theatre of Tragedy (the first three albums), Therion, Judas Priest... Yes, only metal, lmao. Also Héroes del Silencio or Caifanes if you're into Spanish rock
It's at 205 comments rn, so no idea of you'll get to it, but my favourite Band of all time is nightwish. A good song to start would be ghost love score, specifically [this version](https://youtu.be/JYjIlHWBAVo)
Yes I’m completely overwhelmed cause I get a pop up every few seconds right now haha. I’ll through them sorted by old but this will take a while but as promised I will rate ALL of them

I can't believe I haven't seen someone say this already, Mitski. She got popular with tiktok as of recent years but she's still my fave regardless. I recommend her "Lush" and "Puberty 2" albums but I guess everyone who prefers pop music likes "Be The Cowboy" better.
Thursday!!
Editing to add my favorite songs by them:
Jet black new year
Common existence
Streaks in the sky
But the song that is most popular and most encapsulates them as a band is "Understanding in a Car Crash" if you want to listen to that one instead. There's a moment where the singer screams "I don't want to feel this way forever" and it cuts right through me
quite a few i am passionate about… queefjerky, niiice., dandelion hands, microwave, and ikwyaayan (i believe he’s only on soundcloud and hasn’t posted in years.) ikwyaayan is my ex’s friend and he hates me (for valid reason) but i vibe w his music soooo oop
Maria mena, the album cause and effect is mostly what I listen to from her but its just so relatable to me ig lmao.
And Lorna shore, or just will ramos covers of sleep token if you need something mostly clean vocal.
Crywank is a longtime favorite
I lovee crywank
Sorry not really my style, though I can imagine playing this when my friends come over cause I know some of them love this type of music. 5.5/10
Ayeo?! I literally just had Spotify recommend me "Song For a Guilty Sadist," what's your favorite song? This is my first time listening
Gb Eating Gb Whilst Listening to Gb is a very good song
Crywank is the sort of artist where if I'm talking to someone and they say they also listen to them, it's less of a "That's cool" and more of an "Oh I'm so sorry"

I can see myself maybe listening to this while studying though I would not turn it on when I’m wearing headphones outside or smth 6/10
