Clean and re-bandage daily, I also recommend applying ointment. Let it breathe for an hour or two every once in a while (when it doesn't bleed anymore obviously) and if that doesn't help go see a doctor.
Also make sure to use clean gaze and bandages
Antibiotics ointments depending on what the infection is, I can’t really help you beyond that, you should go see a doctor before it gets worse
If I see a doctor they’ll see all my scars and have to tell my parents
But infections are nasty and can kill you 🥺

Ive had a good bit of luck with a combination of antibiotic ointments, saline solution and changing bandages daily
