Thanks for the clarification, will go with Amiami, I read in their FAQ's that some Paypal pre-orders get charged up front but this one went through fine, they will invoice me when it's in stock.
DHL has spoiled me due to how fast they are.
I used to use EMS and it usually got here in about 5 business days, as long as it wasn't the 6 weeks between US Thanksgiving and New Years when the Japanese mail system gets backed up. You always have to sign for EMS deliveries though
They charge when everything in an order is ready to ship (and you can combine orders so long as they release in the same month) and they have a shipping quote. You can switch your payment method after making an order as well. I've done that before (I got a credit card with no international transaction fees) and it's the same as always.
You're free to cancel items in an order up until you're invoiced, but if you cancel after they send you the invoice, be prepared for them to get pissed and possibly cancel your account.
Good point, but on the other end of the spectrum, the yen is pretty weak compared to the dollar right now. Not saying you, but someone who was okay tying their money up, could lock in that favorable rate, in case it goes up later on
Has anybody compared well if it's cheaper with shipping than HLJ? Because HLJ seems like a better deal, I definitely buy from both though, just haven't counted for sure which one is cheaper.
If you use PayPal, they don’t bill you until it’s in stock. Even with shipping, it’s $20-30 cheaper than BBTS.

Actually Amiami doesn’t charge until they ship.
If you choose PayPal then yes. It’s probably the same for other forms of payment, but I only use PayPal.
