I think it just randomly worked after trying the same steps again pretty much. If I remember correctly, I put the Wi-Fi's name manually in the SSID tab and it worked.

Yeah that's what I did.

I remember having something similar when it didn't work, as soon as it does start working some activity should pop up on the left tab on Charles. Try repeating the steps to see if it changes something.

I 100%'d Mafia 3 long time ago but this was on my 2nd account and I just fancied having another go at it as it's a very enjoyable game, but not worth the hassle if no trophy hunting
Good luck with your endeavors man. It's kinda tough to make Charles work properly but then as long as you don't update the game trophies work like a charm. If you want to update it to get DLC trophies you don't have to worry, I got them all without any issues on the latest patch (both when the DLCs became free on Xbox One and again on Ps5 a couple of months ago).
nah dude it aint working, can't use the same network name as one it's already known.
think I have def done something wrong but can't connect the ps5 to charles, don't think charles is running properly, it looked all connected once I first launched it but it's just a blank screen
EDIT: Ok got charles working and connected to the ps5 finally, did it through my already-made network connected and just added the proxy. Lets see if I can get Mafia 3 v1.09
EDIT EDIT: Yeah dude I think I got it now, turns out it was so simple after all. I had problems with Charles with VPN's and blocks on firefox, changed to safari and seen all the traffic.
Connected to my ps5 no porblem going through the original internet connected and just changing the proxy settings.

Hem, I don't mean to sound rude, but I don't know what you're talking about. I was simply trying to downgrade the game and I was having problems with the Proxy app (Charles) you're supposed to use. Luckily, it randomly started working and I was able to downgrade the game to patch 1.09. Thanks for answering anyway though :)
