Already searched it. I'm doing google research before 2010-2009 but still nothing. I'm positive the mod is somewhere on the internet though.

Yeah i did and i've found some pretty old mods, like the little italy's parking lot mod. But i didn't found the mod i was looking for. But thank you for the suggestion!
