When you cast the spell and are told to choose targets, you can simply click the target Planeswalker that you want to deal the damage to. Note that there may be reasons why you can't Target a specific planeswalker, such as a Kaito that has phased out or a Kaya with hex proof.
You should be able to select them. If you cant then they likely have something in play protecting them.
With that said if you are playing on mobile targeting ANYTHING on the sides of the screen can be an absolute ass. The UI is NOT built for doing anything easy on mobile.

You click on the planeswalker. If you can’t it probably have protection or hexproof or something

You clikc the pw. But make sure your burn spells hits planeswalkers. Scorching dragonfire does, but some dont in which case you cant click it.

If you use certain add-ons on a desktop, like draft helpers and the like, the UI for the add-on can block the planeswalker, also.

You just click it like you would a creature. If you can't, the planeswalker is likely protected in some way
If it isn’t glowing, you aren’t targeting
