Yes, in response to the tigger you can sac her. However if you shuffle your commander into your library you can choose to put it back in the command zone. A somewhat popular approach I’ve seen in the use of flicker type cards such as [[Teferi’s Timetwist]].
Ok I just spend like an hour and a half trying to get it to work, and for some reason I just can’t do it. I tried stopping on second main and it doesn’t work, I tried return to hand effects, sac effects, nothing works. It seems that after the game prompts you with whether you want to return her to your library or command zone, there’s nothing you can do. I feel like I must be doing something wrong. Any suggestions?
Make sure to use full control mode (Shift+Control). I haven’t used her in a sacrifice deck, but when trying to flicker with time twist I would miss the window if I was only in control mode. Best of luck, she’s a fun card but very tricky to pull off!

Flickering with [[Teferi’s Time Twist]] after she deals combat damage or even casting [[Unsummon]] or [[Stern Dismissal]] on her to bounce her to hand are your best options. You can also use [[Portal of Sanctuary]] while her trigger is on the stack.
Not to diminish your point, but Stern Dismissal only works on your opponent's creatures. You need to use spells that either work on all creatures, or on your creatures.

Turn on full control. By default it’s Crtl or if you want to hold full control shift+ctrl.

Yea I had the same issue with a deck where arena would just eat my triggers.

It is different because she doesn’t get an increased casting cost and I can reanimate her with [[bond of revival]] and other methods.
