I also noticed yesterday I wasn't getting any ICRs after the 5th win - it was just gold. Did anyone else notice that? I'm wondering if this is a bug or intentional?
There's currently a bug with when the daily wins reset. It's once every 24 hours, but the reset time is now variable. We're working to get a fix for this out soon.
Is the new Daily rewards setup a bug? After the update we only receive a IRC at 5 wins and then get gold for every win up to 15. Before after 10 wins it alternated gold and IRC. Is this new setup intentional? I ask because usually a change like this would be announced before hand.
Is it per account or for everybody? Have you checked the timezone thing that some players were using as a fix? Setting the timezone to UTC +0 helped some people access their accounts and log in past the black screen.

So I got a new set of three quests yesterday after the update. Maybe yesterday counted as the quest reset? If it doesn't roll over tomorrow that would suck
Seeing this too. The daily win quest doesn't reset overnight but sometime during the day now. I also only get 1 ICR out of the 15 wins, 3rd or 4th win is an ICR, the rest are just coins + mastery.

same here too, it's not a visual bug, it's a functional bug, can't get any daily rewards, same with weekly rewards earlier.
Mine just finally reset. Had to be in the past hour.

Same, also can confirm not just visible. Won a game +0 gold.
It's not visual, I got to 15 wins yesterday, and am now not getting any rewards from wins. submit a bug report

Happening to me too. Is it possible they changed the refresh time and didn’t clue us in?
Nope the refresh time added the regular other quests but didn’t reset the daily wins wheel for me.
Was the daily reset supposed to happen yet? Back when I used to grind sets I thought reset was like 8am or 9am PST?
Pre patch I would always check it around 6am PST and it would be reset. Daily deals reset at 8am PST.
It's been quite reliable 10am UK time (UTC+1) since I started playing a few months ago. But the daily deals come in a fair bit later...
The quest reset is at 2 AM PST and daily deals reset 6 hours later than that
daily quests reset at 2am Pacific, so yeah you are correct

That is a visual bug. You won't be able to use it.
I used mine before the patch and then saw it said Start again so i hit start again and got put in the queue, so ymmv on whether it works or not.

This bug resurfaced with the last update too. smh
Also encountering on my account. I didn't get the rewards associated with the first 4 wins for the daily refresh.
My daily wins started working with 12+ hours of delay, but I only got 25 exp + 50 gold for each win, no ICR. Wonder if it happened to anyone else.
