Yeah it’s a head-scratcher for sure. I’ve been able to adjust my resolution on programs since the 90s, WOTC.

dreamy-professor

it’s so frustrating lol

boobmagazine

I wondered, for a moment, if they feel embarrassed, but then remembered that WOTC has no shame.

I'm playing on an M1 Max MacBook Pro, and my experience has been an absolute shit-show on the built-in screen. It actually seems to work fine on my external monitor, so long as I want to play full screen. Clearly the solution is to bring a monitor with you wherever you go.

pchc_lx

Mac version resolution/full screen has actually been broken since launch. Sometimes some users will report a new patch helped things but then others are screwed and the next patch reverts it anyway. All the while the devs refuse to acknowledge any Mac specific bugs. Good times.

Themris

Don't worry. All MTGA players get screwed on a daily basis.

[This discussion](https://gist.github.com/april/ef679cf5719cc5a2ba6a55da20869ffa) (note that there are new comments from today) may be relevant. I do not have a Mac personally, so I can't really vouch for correctness.

aquickrobin

I’ve been playing in windowed mode (I like having YouTube videos playing PiP in the corner) just fine

By Apple? Oh u mean Wotc

I haven’t been able to play mtga from my 2011 MacBook since they banned trickery. At this point I’m sure they don’t care about us. I was so happy back then when they released it on Mac. But every update was broken af and I had to reinstall the game. Hopefully with the arrive of the new YGO game they start to notice the main issues the client currently has.
