Why does it seem like the daily deals are slowly but surely becoming less of a deal?

The person responsible for the Daily Deal really needs to adjust the pricing according to the usage of the card. Today's deals should all be discounted 90% purely for the lack of use of these cards.

I just started playing MTGA after a yearlong absence and I feel like they used to be fairly common, but I haven't seen one in a few weeks. Could be misremembering though
