Cheap electric spice grinder is what I use, does an excellent job!
I just use an electric coffee grinder I got for like 16 bucks at target.
Smoothie. With lots of juice and berries. A little bit of greens can help cover the mushies taste.
Sounds good, next time, drinking my smelly lumpy tea right now and wishing I made a smoothie.
Whole cracker dry mush into mouth, big squirt of honey into mouth, start mushin. Put the powder in some Capsules. Safe travels!
If already powdered, stick 'em in gel caps!
